First, let me say I am not new to Starbucks, I’ve been drinking it for decades, many times a week, and when one shop messes up a drink that you ordered on one side of the town, but didn’t get to taste until after you got to the other side of town to work or wherever and it was wrong, another Starbucks shop would do the right thing and fix it. This team (supervisor on duty: “this must be very frustrating for you” several times trying to incite a reaction). Gave me an unreasonably hard time doing something fundamental. I got back in line to buy another drink, and by the time I reach the front of the line, he said that he had called his manager and they okayed a one time exception. the remade drink was awful. However, I will say this Starbucks has been a lifesaver for me! Hospital coffee definitely doesn't get it done.
