First, let me say I am not new to Starbucks, I’ve been drinking it for decades, many times a week, and when one shop messes up a drink that you ordered on one side of the town, but didn’t get to taste until after you got to the other side of town to work or wherever and it was wrong, another Starbucks shop would do the right thing and fix it. This team (supervisor on duty: “this must be very frustrating for you” several times trying to incite a reaction). Gave me an unreasonably hard time doing something fundamental. I got back in line to buy another drink, and by the time I reach the front of the line, he said that he had called his manager and they okayed a one time exception. the remade drink was awful. Today is the opening day of the new Starbucks near AdventHealth Hospital. It's what you would expect from a Starbucks, except all the seating is upstairs. There is a lift for wheelchairs, so it seems fully accessible.

The internet is typical for Starbucks (Over 100 Mbps for downloads and uploads), and there are plenty of outlets around the sides of the room for both electrical outlets and USB chargers.

It has been over 2 months that my twin sons were born and in the NICU and I have been coming to to this Starbucks, which I do prefer local coffee shops. However, I will say this Starbucks has been a lifesaver for me! Hospital coffee definitely doesn't get it done. The quality of service food and beverages and the atmosphere as hectic as it can be at times at least from my point of view has been very well handled, and managed. Grateful for the staff.
