WORST Customer Service Ever!!!!!
I went there to purchase a specific sunglasses, and I asked for the return policy, which is 30 days with receipt. Since I was not happy with the purchase, I went back for an exchange or a return before the 30 days period. Since I couldn't find what fits me, I asked for the return. They tried their best of NOT doing the return, then they asked for the credit card that I used for the purchase. I said that I paid with Apple Pay, I do have the card with me, but since it was Apple Pay, then the last 4 digits of the credit card wont be the same as the receipt. But, they said NO, they wanted the actual card. I kept explaining to them over and over that for security, once you pay with Apple Pay, the receipt would have a different 4 numbers, but once you do the return, I should get my money back. I even opened my credit card app to show them that this specific transaction was on that card, But just like talking to the WALL, they wouldn't understand, or just trying their best for not returning the glasses. At the end, they said that I should call the credit card company to verify the card, which I did, and the agent confirmed that those 4 digits are for the same card, and they still refused to listen. The funny thing is that the credit card agent himself told me: I can't believe this, I can hear how stubborn they are- just don't worry about it and will dispute the charge, which I did. If I can give this store a NO Star, I would because they don't even deserve 1 star. Not to mention how racist they are if you are...
Read moreI have never felt so humiliated in my life, I went to purchase a pair of Oakley holbrooks which cost me $200 dollars and I realized I didn’t like the fit on them...went back 2 days later to return and buy and even more expensive pair and the so called “manager” told me the frames are different and basically told said there’s nothing we can do to return them. Claimed she send out emails to managers whom I don’t even know even exist because everyone there is basically a manager. Was very rude and basically didn’t want to help me at all. Treated me as if I’m some kind of lowlife criminal who tried to pull a fast one on them to score myself some Oakleys. BEWARE of this place, they seem nice and kind at first but they will make you feel terrible as soon as you make purchase and try to return something. I will be reporting this to multiple places and also will be contacting the better...

We purchased my sunglasses back in February 2025 and 2 lenses and the pic is one of them, we paid for OPP protection, just in case something happens. I wear it for 2 days over 4th of July by the pool and when I noticed it foggy I looked at the lenses and it had those scratches on the film. We came to the store, the sales person saw that we paid insurance on it, it’s on file and they refused to replace the lenses. I’ll never purchased another Oakley again and for that matter, I’ll never spend my money with that brand anymore. I’m very sad the way I was treated. They are not cheap glasses and my money has value, I work hard to pay for the glasses and insurance, just in case, and have it refused...
