Ida Garcia at this store was the worst! My just turned 11 year old granddaughter was birthday shopping at this store. I was sitting on bench outside watching her she went in one time looked at a jacket came out and told be about it she went back in and tried the jacket on for about 3 minutes came back out told me the price. I told her we would buy if she loved it to go in and ask if it was on sale she went in a 3rd time the store was empty they were not busy and before she could get in the store she told her that if she wasn’t going to buy anything to not come in the store because it was counting how many times people were coming into the store and she was messing up the count. I am in my 60s and I have never had anyone say this. I went in to ask her if my granddaughter needed an adult with her and why wasn’t she allowed to come in and shop. This employee was terrible and still couldn’t give me a reason why she did that to my daughter.She never apologized and this was awful that she intimidated my child for no reason. She tried to deflect and said she didn’t even tried on the right jacket because it was a man’s jacket. So what if she liked the man’s jacket if that is what she wanted. Can you imagine telling a grown adult you can’t come shop in your store because you are messing up counts. This was the worst...

When we wanted to know the prices of the clothes we were buying she would just show us the screen, not mention a word and talk to us in a mean, unprofessional way when she wanted. I work in customer service and that’s not how you treat clients if you want them to come back. Unfortunately, Levi’s is a big company and no matter what you go through as a customer you still go versus small companies who depend highly on the customer service they provide. Either Deele hates her job or does not care at all. Levi’s manager or higher up please give Deele customer service classes on how to treat clients with respect and be helpful/answer questions nicely. A purchase that could be been easily higher than 150+ turn into $17 only....

A woman who clearly didn’t speak english was trying to talk to a worker named MICHELLE who had glasses and was a woman of color and michelle very rudely told her “I speak english”. As this woman is looking around the store, touching and looking at things as everyone else in the store, SHOPPING was doing, this worker michelle rushes over to this kind woman and almost pushes her hand away from the jeans and tells her to not touch anything. When she realized i was right next to her watching this she comes up to me and asks me what size i’m looking for and i say im not too sure im trying to figure it out and she says let me see you and looks and tells me a size she thinks i am… My heart ached for this woman!...
