This was probably one of the worst customer service experiences that I've ever had. I only came to the location because I had to pick up an order for someone and kindly let them know upon entering that I was not shopping for myself, but was here to receive an order that had already been paid for. There were 3 associates at the time, one of which was doing absolutely nothing when I entered. I stood politely waiting for about 30 minutes before I became frustrated as I was sitting there listening to the side conversations as customers had already completed their purchases. After 45 minutes, I asked whether anyone was going to be able to assist me and was told that they would be with me "shortly". 20 minutes after I was completely done with the experience and provided them the last name of the customer who I was there to pick up for and then told them to cancel the order because I was going home. I just happened to be the only person of color and was very u comfortable with everyone walking around pretending as if I wasn't standing there. I walked out of the store and then turned around so that I could scan the qr code to leave a review. It was only after finding out that I was there for a delivery company and them seeing that I was leaving a review that I got some assistance. I wouldn't refer my worst enemy to this location and it truly speaks to the values of the company how the employees conducted themselves. Please do better. I don't have an option to reply to your reply so I'm editing my original review to reflect that I could see all 3 of you while I was standing there listening to your male colleague converse about the customers vacation long after the transaction had been completed. I was working just like you guys were trying to make a commission. Also, the customer who had already spent their money to purchase their items should have been a priority. As many times as each one of you went behind that counter I doubt that any of the customers you were serving at the time would have been negatively affected by you taking 2 or 3 minutes to retrieve his purchase and look at my ID. The only reason why it didn't take any longer than it did was because I got upset. Roadie should really consider the attitudes of the employees who work at the companies who they allow to post gigs prior to doing so. My husband and I went in to get myself earrings on our anniversary. Went in, looked, liked the design & payed. As simple as that. When I got home I was curious to know how many carats were in them because when I got to thinking the show room lady didn't say AND ALSO MY RECEIPT WASNT IN THE BAG. I knew my husband spent around $800 .. so I went on KAYS WEBSITE AND FOUND the same exact earrings for $399 1/4 carat! Now, they did have a 1/2 carat as well (online), but even though the earrings I got looked different from the 1/2 carat I gave the Kay store the Benefit of the doubt! Called a different Kay location (they looked up that stores sales) the next day to find out my husband paid the same amount for a 1/4 carat diamond earrings as the 1/2 carat diamond earrings! I'm livid! How dare you as a store take advantage of people! Please please go to a different Kay's because clearly this store takes advantage of people! You'll be glad to also know I brought the 1/4 carat diamond earrings back I hope they work on...
