We went to the Orlando outlet mall on International Drive last weekend on July 19,2020. At around 1-2 in the afternoon we went to the Columbia store there and I was completely shocked on how I was treated. Never in my life have I been treated like that. Daisy the store manager accused me of not paying for my merchandise even though the credit card machine screen said my card was approved and I was able to remove my card which I did but then she turned around and said that I didn’t pay for it and my credit card didn’t go through. She was talking very loudly where everyone else in the store can hear so of course all of the other customers were looking at us which is even more embarrassing. She continued to argue with me that I didn’t pay for my stuff that I pulled my phone out and logged into my bank to even show her that my transaction was pending with my own bank! She still continued to argue that I need to wait for a receipt before I can even leave the store. By now people are watching even more and making a video because they were just as shocked as I was with how I was treated. Daisy doesn’t belong in management let alone in customer service. Accusing hard working people is paying is low. I’m not a criminal by any means. I make good money and never been in trouble in my life. After this experience, I’ll never go into this store again. We have contacted corporate in this matter and they have reached out to us saying a district manager would contact us but it has yet to happened. Read moreI found a black 1x jacket that I loved, I asked if they had in white. The worker told me that the sizes 1x and xl fit the same way. I said, no they don't. The xl is too tight across my chest and the 1x fits great. He said, "Oh, ok. We don't have a 1x in white." So, I took the black one. The price tag had been ripped off. It was on a rack with about fifty of the exact same jacket in seven different colors for $59.99. I took another black jacket so they could scan the tag. When I was checking out, the cashier told me that it was $95.00. I said, the rack and all of the other price tags say $59.00. She said that that was for the regular sizes. So, I brought her a purple jacket that was 1x and said $59.00 on the tag. She then told me that the black was $95.00 and the other colors were $59.00. I said, I thought you said that the reason it was more expensive was the size, not the color. She said, I can sell you the purple one for $59.00 or the black for $95.00. I walked in the store no one in the store greeted me or even acknowledged I was there . I looked around for a while because I wasn’t sure what I wanted at the time. Then I hear the store manager talking to another customer about a discount. She was not very much store manager material she yelled at the customer, wasn’t trying to hear the customer, she is really rude to the customers and to her employees as well . As a store manager I believe she could been a little more kind and have better customer services skills. I do not believe she equipped to be a store manager. I had to ask an employee for her name and they say her name was Brenda Silva . I feel really bad for the employees and the customers.
