Absolutely Disgusting and Unprofessional

I had a terrible experience at Love Poki. I ordered a bowl with salmon, and the fish was clearly spoiled—smelled off and tasted even worse. I went back to return it, expecting a normal refund or at least some concern. Instead, the manager was passive-aggressive and flat-out refused to do anything about it.

He literally told me to “just throw it away” and that he’s not giving a refund. When I told him this was unacceptable, he said he doesn’t care about bad reviews and that unless there was hair or glasses in the food, he wouldn’t do anything. Excuse me? Spoiled fish is worse! It’s a serious health risk.

When I pushed back, he threatened to call the cops if I didn’t leave. Seriously? For trying to return bad food?

I’ve never been treated so rudely over something so serious. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place at all costs. There are way better poke spots that actually care about their customers’...

the employees were very nice 👍 no problem there

i got a rose milk tea with boba. the boba was Hot and caused the ice to melt quickly, making the drink wayyy more watery (and flavorless) than milky. or maybe the drink was watery and flavorless to begin with 😭 in addition to this , the tapioca pearls' textures were horrible ☹️ half of them were so mushy they dissolved in my mouth , half of them were hard , none were the desired pleasant chewy boba texture

ive had much , Much better boba in orlando for 9 dollars !!! and for even cheaper at that LOL!

idk if this was a one time thing or if they are always like that but i would say this was one of the worst milk teas...

I ordered a number 1 and went through the options - while I was going through she said pick two from here so I picked avocado and moved onto the next. As a go to pay a man walks out and I see my bill is about $19. I looked and it said $2.50 extra for avocado. I said I wasn’t told this I would’ve never gotten avocado (at chipotle they make it very clear) the man looked at the lady and said did you say avocado was extra and she said yes. I shockingly said no you did not. And the man goes I wasn’t here and charged me anyways. I paid $19 for a $12 bowl at best. Take away do not put avocado...
