UPDATE: went back in to fix the mistakes in charges they made and return some stuff and one of the managers made up for our horrid experience the first two times. Ashley M was such a friendly person. She knew what she was doing and apologized profusely for how her coworkers acted. She was knowledgeable, kind, and patient. Honestly if she wasnât there I would have kept this first review. But her demeanor was so warm and a fresh of breath air I changed the review to four stars.
In the beginning they were very friendly. But towards the end, they charged me full price for things that were on sale. They were uncooperative. The girl I had was still learning and I get that. But she was just lost. She would do more than one thing and get lost. And managers or other coworkers never helped her
We went in there at 8 pm one night. Had that new girl. Got a bracelet and some charms and left. (Someone stole a package of mine so be wary with your stuff in there) We came back the next day to finish the bracelet I am making for remembrance of my grandmother that passed. We were there an hour plus picking out the right charms and placement. Our total was over 400 dollars. They said we could get ten dollars off by doing the survey. We tried on two different phones and the website said it couldn't do the survey at the moment. So we asked if they could just give us the ten off since we've been there forever and tried on two different phones for the discount. It's not like we just want it off and didn't try. They said no. We had to do the survey. We brought it up that.. uhh.. HELLO your website won't let us. It's simple to just take the ten off, make a customer happy and get your four hundred dollar sale. They said no. We already had spent 400 on other charms before the second sale I am mentioning. It took ten minutes just to check out because they were out of paper and just stood by the machine wondering why it wasn't printing. Once they came back with the receipt ( and btw the manager was next to us the whole time and didn't apologize for the inconvenience or ask what was happening) they said you can have the ten dollars off after we complained and we said" you know what, no. I have been here over an hour and a half and after declining twice to just make the customer happy, you lose my sale... ten dollars was worth so much to you you lose our business" and walked out. So disappointed in this business. I know other pandora stores are nice. This one is awful. I flew in from Texas because my grandmother who was my best friend died. She meant the world to me and to make a bracelet for her and to have these pandora people not care, about was disgusting. I took a day and a half to calm down before writing this because I know emotions flow fast when there's a loss. So this review is from a level headed perspective. Watch what they sell you. Check online because I was charged 90 for something that is 60 online!!!! Hopefully you have better customer service in the end...
Read moreVery poor customer service on New Year Eve from a staff person Emiro and the manager on duty Ismael who did nothing to make the situation better.. I would give 0 stars if that rating was available..store closed BEFORE 6pm eventhough the advertised New Year Eve hours had a closure time of 7pm...my family and I waited within the belted area outside..there were several customers and staff inside so we were just waiting for customers to exit so we could enter...the doors and windows are ALL GLASS and we were very visible to the several staff persons inside for several minutes BEFORE 6pm and no one had courtesy enough to acknowledge our presence or attempted to inform us of their early closure my signaling, mouthing words or even coming to the door. After several minutes, a male staff person came to unlock the GLASS door and let a female staff person enter, STILL not acknowledging our presence and neither of them said the store was closed..as the male proceeded to lock the door back I finally said excuse me, are you going to acknowledge us? and that's when he simply said they were closedđĄ..I expressed my issue with the lack of courtesy and customer service and asked to speak with a manager and the staff locked the door and visibly had a conversation with the male manager who was visibly nonchalant about the situation and finally came to the door..I again expressed to him and he continued with the nonchalant attitude so I asked for his boss' info.....he said he locked the door and it wasn't before 6pm but that was a lie and that still doesn't excuse not being acknowledged....as I'm waiting on the boss's info, another lady staff let two younger girls in indicating they were there to ride with their mom....the first male staff returned to the door with the sticky note for "customer affairs"..no one EVER apologized for their actions PERIOD..the first staff person said he doesn't control the locking of the door and that the manager locked the door.....I had every intention to purchase 4 charms and told the first staff person he lost business because the manager decided to close early and he provided very poor customer service....I'm su re upper management would be glad to hear of business loss...but then again with all these bad reviews regarding customer service, looks like they...
Read moreI came into Pandora Sunday afternoon looking for a charm which was the cherry blossom charm and I was being helped by a gentleman named Jami who is a sales lead I caught on his nameplate. so as I proceeded to be helped by him I tell him what I was looking for he brought it out to show me but as he was showing me he kept trying to tell me that the charm I was looking for was basic and he sells a lot of it so he was trying to show me other things and I specifically told him thanks but Iâm not interested. he did not listen to me and kept interrupting me and kept pushing other items he recommended and just completely was disregarding what I was trying to say like it wasnât important I couldnât get a word out he just kept talking over me. then he started talking about things that wasnât even remotely relevant to what I was trying to say like statistics of things that was irrelevant to the conversation. So then I decided to i ask him how long have you been here so he answered by saying a couple days so far but heâs only at Pandora cause of the increase of popularity and he goes where the money goes and then I donât know how this was brought up but he talks about the Covid pandemic situation like how is any of this relevant. I was so uncomfortable and weirded out by this young man I never wanted to leave a store so fast in my life. My husband eventually came in worried why I was taking so long just to buy a charm. Finally he did eventually sold me my charm but his face looked disappointed like he didnât want me to get just one charm. does my purchase bother you? I come to this Pandora all the time and never had an issue with someone and never felt so uncomfortable in my life like these are the type of people you want representing you? Especially a lead?? I donât understand it but either way I will not be returning and to this...
