I come here alot. The workers work very hard. They have always been extremely helpful. They are very respectful. To bad i can't this about some of the customers that live downtown and that are extremely nasty. To the customers who complained on 2 homeless woman should be ashamed of themselves. The 2 homeless woman i know personally from going to this starbucks and speaking with them. These 2 woman have proper identification on them showing they are both combat veterans. But more importantly i have watched them myself buy stuff in starbucks. So they have just as much of a right to be there as paying customers as anybody else downtown. Infact i had a very good conversation with them. I have watched customers complain about them for bringing there stuff inside starbucks. To all the customers they have to sit there especially since they buy stuff at the starbucks. We should be supporting our troops not discriminating against these veterans. If every customer who comes chips in and helps our veterans out rather then being hateful toward them this world would be a better place. No veterans should be homeless. These 2 woman fought so you can have your starbucks coffee every morning....
Read moreIt’s a Starbucks. A franchise where normally you have outstanding customer service, not to mention it’s location Downtown Orlando, where people pay good money to live there. I usually go to this Starbucks 2-3 times a week for coffee and Work. One morning, I go in for my usual chai tea latte, and realized I had forgotten my card and only had a hundred dollar bill to pay it with. The gentlemen who took care of me kindly said he’d go see if they had change and another employee, with her attitude i hope she wasn’t a manager, tells me she couldn’t take it because it’s not a busy Starbucks . A little frustrated I asked her so there aren’t any 20s in your register you couldn’t possible give me? She admits there was 200 in it and still refuses my money. Thank god for the 7-eleven next door that was helpful and gave me change. I understood the issue but it was her demeanor that threw me off and certainly ruined my morning. I only live 3 blocks away from this location and hope only to deal with the rest of the friendlier staff that usually...
Read moreAs a diabetic and a cancer patient at 56 years old I can't even walk in and get a cup of water when I'm walking back from the hospital from my treatment they said I had to buy something well I'm sorry I'm not going to spend $7 on a bagel that sucks anyway. I don't buy garbage food and I don't buy burnt coffee but if I need something to drink and it's life-threatening I am fully letting Starbucks know right now that in Central Florida would the heat the way it is If you deny people water you are going to be held responsible and you're going to have to pay the consequences because some people have health problems and there's no way you should ever deny a person and make them buy something if they have no money. I am personally putting Morgan & Morgan on your ass. You have no right to deny people water! Especially when you have as many retirees as you do in the State of Florida are you kidding me who the hell do you think you are oh it's a new policy I don't care what your policy is it's called humankindness it's called...
