I had my vehicle tow to this shop last Sat after business hours. A homeless guy that sleeps on the property called the owner to inform him on what was going on. The owner gave him permission to take pictures of me,my vehicle,tag and hold my keys until Monday. I never spoke with the Manager but could tell he was on the phone with someone. I arrive at the shop Monday morning to check the status on my vehicle. The owner knew nothing about what happened Sat. I described the guy that sleeps on the property but gave the wrong hair color. They call his phone until he answer. He didn't remember me coming by. We had argument until I told him to check his phone and see if he had pictures of a white van. He call back confirming he have the pictures. Now we walking around the property searching for my keys. I gave one mechanic my number told him to contact me when they find my keys. Hour goes by they call me with the homeless guy talking trash in the background. I arrived to the shop and made my demands. I told the homeless guy you are going to replace my key you shouldn't taken my key if you won't going to be responsible. You had my keys and lost them now you going to buy another key.
