On every vacation, spa day is a must! On this Orlando visit, I searched and searched and found Gail! Soft Aesthetics is a small black owned business ready for you to support! It was easy to book online through their website!

Location/Parking: She is located within the Phenix salon suites. Parking was easy and secure within the parking garage located right near the salon. There are stairs and elevators so you can safely exit on foot. Be cautious of the stop light runners 😀

Service: I knew I was in great hands when Gail met me at the door at my aeevicw time. I felt very VIP!! Have you ever met someone that feels like family and you know you are in good hands? That's the exact feeling I felt. Very welcoming, very calm...that's Gail!

I got a facial with dermaplaning and extractions (because this girl has missed her facials and was late. April 2022 last facial late.

Gail explained every step and what to expect. We went over my current routine to ensure no interactions. We talked about things I can improve on and areas of concern that she noticed as an aesthetician. Very much appreciated! I loved her suite! Nice cozy clean and relaxing.

Part of my experience included the an enzyme mask and it was chocolate. CHOCOLATE!!!! The dermaplaning was mt first time. I knew what to expect but Gail was so great I only heard what sounded like scissors but didn't feel it. As I'm typing this, it is the next day and my face looks amazing. No redness, no irritation, just perfect!

Extractions are extractions- she got out everything! Everything!!!!!

My face is lighter and brighter- seriously take a looks at the pics. They speak for themselves!

My time away is always planned around a good spa day. I'll be back to Orlando and specifically see Gail.

Firstly ladies, I respect you so much more now and can understand what you go through for a bikini/Brazilian.

Called up late morning on June 5th. Spoke with Gail. I was anxious in not knowing how to ask properly what I needed. Gail calmed me down and told me the process entirely, what to expect before, during and after. We made an appt for late afternoon. She even encouraged me to take some tylenol ahead of time (which should have foreshadowed what I was going to go through...again ladies, I respect you)

I got there a little early and she was still cleaning from a previous client. After about 10 mins, she came and got me. The office was quaint and Gail was personable.

I won't go into details about what happened but the groaning and screaming from an army Vet/gym rat even made Gail laugh. It lightened the mood. She was very thorough with one swoop for each section. She was very thorough during the process. After she finished, we discussed the after care. She made suggestions with products she had but did NOT hard sell. She recommended that even if I didn't buy her products, to at least get similar products elsewhere. I ended up getting two products.

Overall, Gail was educational, calm throughout and very informative. I can't say I that I'm looking forward to the next time, but when I'm ready, I would prefer Gail once more. I would recommend her and...

I had a similar experience as a previous customer. I called to schedule an appointment and the lady sounded a bit annoyed and advised to book on-line. I booked and arrived 10 mins prior to the appointment. I waited outside suite 133 for a total of 25 mins. I knocked 3 times on the door and noone came so I left. I got a call from them an hour later saying I had an appointment and I said yes I was waiting. I hope they don't charge my card as they do take your credit card information when you book online to charge you if you cancel. I did not cancel. Poor communication from this establishment. Also, they just contacted me via text and said they called me back which is false. I called them 3 times and noone responded as well. I did not leave a voicemail bc what am I suppose to do especially waiting outside the door. Do you have 3 locations with number suite 133. Noone guided me to suite 133 via phonecall. I walked around and found it. It says the name of your business and the room number. I am not oblivious and don't appreciate calling me a liar. If I am lying why would you call me an hour later after my appointment. Why wouldn't the you call at 11:10am as you said she was waiting. It makes no sense. You guys mismanaged time.
