I took a different bus route specifically to take advantage of the free cantina crispy chicken taco (please try these it's seriously restaurant quality juicy HUGE chicken tender...amazing the avocado cream sauce and they make them HUGE). OFCOURSE it starts pouring at 530 Orlando summer after work from downtown to SODO.. I make it there and my app is frozen so..I show the girl at the counter that I "have" the coupon ... Not only did she honor my app coupon...she gave me the crunchy taco with extra lettuce and the crispy chicken... FREE. I tried to pay her twice...she wouldn't accept saying she was sorry for my troubles... Turns out this very cute young girl is the general manager her name is Ricki...I asked another patron to find out for me because of her obvious modesty. The three others that wandered in dry as the rain stopped as soon as it started saw it all and called it my good karma...Ricky here it is paid forward to you. Thank you for making me feel like a truly wanted customer and going out of your way with such a small crew. There are 2 taco Bell's in central Florida that can't be missed. The other is on McCoy road right around the orange Ave and sandlake juncture (my usual based on work travel). The manager there is named Rose and quite frankly they make me feel like family...it is so obvious at both these locations, the great manager rub off to the staff. I was there as well this week Monday frantically getting a call for an impromptu Zoom job interview while I was on lunch for my current job! Trying to get it for a month!!!! Rose turned the music down and put me in a corner booth with a wet floor sign so I could have that opportunity RIGHT THEN..not kidding. So, needless to say after a great burrito and interview...even though my NEW job (yep) allows me chipol....um yeah 3 times a day...and is on the other side of downtown in Thornton Park...I'm stayin' with Rose and Ricki. For those of you that don't know...with the custom options they offer most free of charge sans maybe the smashed avocado, Taco Bell is one of the healthiest (if not the most watch the cheese people ;) and DEFINITELY the most affordable chain out there. These two experiences plus their beautiful redo on the interiors make it a no brainer for me. Thank you taco bell for improving my life...not kidding. Enough so it was soooo worth taking the ten mins to try and tell the world. I've always wanted to start a compliments board instead of how everyone is so willing to take the time to complain...maybe I...
Read moreSo i typically like Taco Bell, but there is reason for the 3.6 review rate of this store. I stopped by to introduce my nephew to a specific item i like on the menu, and if receipt is correct this Zoriana at the Taco Bell drive thru had a attitude from the minute i placed my order. I pull up to the window once order was placed and she had a stink face? I was trying to be polite even though i'm the customer! But she was nit interested. Being a victim of fraud I am super conscious of whom I give my card to or how long they have it in there possession! She gave me the receipt but before I can ask her for my card she took off towards the kitchen, when she returned i asked her if I could please have my card back and she gave me a dirty look and returned it to me. Afterwards I asked if I could please get the second cup of water that I ordered? and she once again gave me a dirty look. My 10 year old nephew asked me why the girl was so angry! I replied to him maybe she is having a bad day? So when she finally filled up the second cup of water and gave to me, I asked if she was having a bad day? And she replied I'm just bothering her!!!! I was so shocked and impressed by todays generation that she had the balls to say that to a customer that I just had to leave this review to make everyone aware of this disgruntled employee. What makes matters worst before she returned my card i looked over and she had bazaarly left my card on the ledge of the drive thru window almost like she was hoping I'd forget to ask for it or realize I didn't have it? Nevertheless everyone be aware of making payments with a card or placing a order period from this Taco Bell. Needless to say she or management does jot have to worry about me returning to this location! Its obvious management does not care about having this face representing this...
Read moreStepping into this Taco Bell felt like a refreshing break from the usual fast-food routine. From the outside, it looked like any other location, but once inside, it was clear that this place had something special to offer. The atmosphere was bright, open, and welcoming—far from the outdated, cramped spaces you sometimes find in fast food.
What immediately stood out were the self-order kiosks. I didn’t have to stand in line or feel rushed while deciding between my usual Crunchwrap Supreme or trying something new. The interface was sleek and intuitive, letting me fully customize my order without any pressure. Once I placed it, the screen provided real-time updates, so I knew exactly when my food would be ready.
Cleanliness was another unexpected highlight. The floors were spotless, the tables were freshly wiped down, and even the drink station was pristine—no sticky counters or spilled soda puddles in sight. It’s rare to see this level of attention to detail at a busy fast-food spot, and it made a huge difference in the overall experience.
When my order arrived, it was perfectly put together—no hastily wrapped burritos or missing sauces. Everything was hot, fresh, and well-prepared, making it clear that the staff took pride in their work.
In a world where fast food can often feel chaotic and impersonal, this Taco Bell delivered a surprisingly smooth and enjoyable experience. Whether you’re a die-hard fan or just craving a quick bite, this location sets a...
