Stole my money - kept money paid for treatment I didnt received when I refused to let him practice with his Co2 and microneedling machines without doing any treatment because I was unhappy Horrible costumer I will look into taking the steps to find a good experienced with Rf micro needling, CO2 fractional and PRP facial i didnt feel anything while getting then especially CO2 and asked if that was normal , next days follow and I didnt even get red nor got any of peeling as it should have hence this is supposed to be a laser resurfacing, asked for my money back since I went for 2nd and 3rd opinions consuting after and was told that my asking had not been thru those treatments the way it looked , I paid him for future treatments in advance and since I was told by other clinics I did not received what I was charged for I refused pay and asked james to returned me the money for didnt get treatments - this place is thirsty for your money he omitted to mentioning before that he actually only had done 15 this treatments ( I had to ask a few times after I saw what he had done ) so I was charged for him to practice on me hence why he barely touch my skin and why the laser and microneedling didnt have any effect came back for a do over since he refused to returned the money back for that failure and get this he wanted to charge again for future treatments instead of correcting the first one again and when I refused to pay for him to do the right thing , he flipped out accused me of wanting to screw hi I'm over really !! and decided to cut my losses as to him to return the overpayment since Iat this point was not going to let him touch me again and he denied to return to me the extra money I paid - I had no signef any contracts for anything so I asked why? then he said ok I will give you back only some and I asked why? i and he said now I won't t return anything so basically stole my money and stormed back in because I didnt even get to go in the exam room , this time . This place is a joke for any anti aging and is thirsty for money overcharging with bad...

I have been doing Botox for several years now and have had several injectors but to be honest I have never had an injector like Princess. When I tell you she makes you feel so comfortable, her personality is awesome and the fact that she has so much knowledge, not only in beauty and in so many other aspects. In 2011, I had a really severe car accident, I have several herniate discs but the worst on the ones on my neck, where I suffer severe tension headaches. Throughout the years I’ve been to chiropractors, I’ve had pressure point injections, pain killer meds (which I did not take because I didn’t like the feeling of it) , and epidermal injections , I’ve had it all and absolutely nothing has taken my tension headaches away. These headaches take my life away that’s how severe they are and I’m constantly taking Tylenol extra strength , excedrin and over the counter meds just so it can take some relief away . I started going to Princess for my normal Botox and she mentioned to me that Botox is good as well to relieve muscular pain and just relax the area. I have been desperate and told her let’s try it. Let me tell you since then I have not had any tension headaches, I haven’t had any need to take and OTC meds and have been sleeping better than ever and it’s such a blessed feeling to know that I’m waking up and not having to deal with the chronic pains. Than you Princess for listening , for caring and just for being there for me. Can’t wait to go back and start on my IV visits that will also help with my chronic pains. Thank you Princess for not only being my injector but someone that actually really really cares about...

The front desk team, Keisha and Luisa, were warm, professional, and made the check-in process a breeze. The nurses, Yahdy and Lucinda, were equally awesome—super friendly, knowledgeable, and made me feel at ease right away.

Dr. Carpenter himself exceeded my expectations. He took his time, listened to all my concerns, answered every question thoroughly, and really helped me understand the steps we need to take to get me on track toward a healthier version of myself. Nothing felt rushed or generic—it was all about me and my journey.
