Today's visit at this location was extremely uncomfortable. My fiance and I walked in to shop fragrance and sales person Aaron.Katz was standing in the front of the store staring at us and didn't even greet us. As we were approaching the fragrance wall at the back of the store, he immediately followed us and kept a distance just staring at us without even asking us if we needed assistance. I immediately noticed him and called him over to ask him if the sheer fragrance I was looking at was a eau de toilette or eau de parfum. He rudely answered "excuse me? What are u asking?" I repeated myself and he replied "yes it's a perfume". That didn't answer my question. I continued to ask him more questions like "what is the smallest size u carry? Etc. He replied with short words. I'm not sure if it's his lack of knowledge or discrimination but I felt he was not interested in helping us at all. I finally decided to purchase the fragrance because I loved the smell and he went ahead and rang us up. He did not smile or show any positive emotion the whole time he connected with us. As a store manager I would never want to see any of my clients treated this way by any associate. I felt like I was not treated right at this store and i see Aaron lacks compassion and his performance needs to be reassessed. If I was buying a $100,000 ring would I have been treated the same as I was treated today? Let's think about that for a second. Employees like that makes the company look bad and I don't think I will return at this location to buy the fragrance I love so much in the future due to that horrible experience I had today. This is the first bad in store experience I have had in 29 years and it will definitely not be forgotten. Very disappointing...
Read moreI come to the Mall at Millenia often and I usually stop at Tiffany to shop for jewelry. On two separate occasions I have viewed rings valued anywhere between $90,000 and $420,000 right on the showroom floor, not in a private room.
Today, I asked to see a ring valued at $110,000 and was informed that I’d have to view the ring in a private room due to the price. Once the salesperson (Jade? Jane?) asked me to take a seat, she retrieved the ring and then the manager stood outside the room. Clearly, they seat people in a private room to deter theft.
I asked how the sales people determine who does and doesn’t get shown to a room. She said something about it being a rule, stated she was a “rule follower,” and I told her about my most recent in-store experience. Mind you, the manager could hear all of this and said nothing. My previous salesperson acknowledged the rule but said she wasn’t going to show us to a room, which means the rule is a suggestion, as well as discretionary. Interestingly enough, the last few times I’ve visited the store have been with my white husband, who was absent on today’s visit.
This store is highly discriminatory. If you’re a person of color, spend your...
Read moreTiffany's iconic American affordable luxury prestigious brand for all budgets very impressive gifts and monumental purchases known all over the world or it's famous SILVER, jewelry and housewares leather goods high-end jewelry I purchased for my daughter baby gifts. I am in my 50s my mom used to purchase from here, my grandmother before her. These are family heirloom products with lifetime warranty for good care and inheritance until March 2025 this company suddenly canceled their cleaning and polishing lifetime warranty including purchases made prior to that date so is that false information fraud lies etc. I could understand going forward not to offer the services they sold us in the past Very disappointing. I will no longer purchase SILVER items or gold due to new policy. Customer service at the Orlando millennium mall store has been very accommodating. It's the corporate decision that does not feel right to loyal generations of customers I still am a fan of their traditional housewares scarves accessories but none of those would have ever included maintenance. I understand inflation is suffocating the luxury...
