(WRONG VACCINE!) It was one year after my first pneumonia vaccine so I called CVS, South Dennis, to ask if they have the second vaccine shot, PPSV-23. The lady looked at my record and said I need the PPSV-13 shot and they have it. I made an appointment and arrive to find out they do not have it. I called CVS in Orleans and they said they have it. The lady there looked up my record and said the it clearly states that I already had the PPSV-13 shot last year and that I need the PPSV-23 shot. It took a little longer for me to find what I wanted since the product space on the shelf was empty. I settled for the second-choice eye vitamin and went to checkout line. A customer was being helped ahead of me, but as I turned around another associate approached me offering check-out assistance.
