I have always loved the Earth House and don’t want to deter anyone from shopping here as I’ve been a local, loyal customer for a while and generally had good experiences....
But The one star is to signal to one specific employee whom I had the most icky, awful experience with of my life recently. She never made eye contact, said hello or did anything welcoming, and then became accusatory, demeaning and patronizing. I have never been treated this way by anyone (customer service or otherwise) and was shocked and completely offended.
