NEVER SHOP HERE.
They only sell what is in stock that day, as their inventory sucks.
Employees are money-hungry children, regardless of age, and they have no idea what customer service actually means, they just want to take your money and brag about it later.
They make promises like removing activation fee and they don't follow through because, well if you already paid they've stopped caring.
I've never been surrounded by such unprofessional staff before, it's shocking how poorly run and how shady they are.
I'm surprised AT&T actually allows Wireless Wizard to sell their products, then again I know for a fact AT&T isn't aware of their poor business practice and absolute lack of respect for customers.
They've never heard of repeat business, they'd rather screw you over to get high numbers then if you're not happy and return your products it doesn't matter cause they still made good numbers beforehand.
THEY ARE TAUGHT TO BREAK INTO YOUR ACCOUNT BY TAKING DOWN YOUR CREDENTIALS AND LAST FOUR OF YOUR SOCIAL. Then they'll check to see if there's anything they can move around to make money, see if you're ready for an upgrade, etc. It's EXTREMELY POOR BUSINESS PRACTICE AND SHOULDN'T BE ALLOWED.
Again, never ever go to this store or other Wireless Wizard franchises, you couldn't possibly find worse service...
Read moreWorst customer service I've ever experienced. It took over an hour to be helped, and when the lady finally called me over she was of zero help. She had no idea what she was doing. I told her I wanted to pay a u-verse bill and she couldn't find my account number. The only thing she asked me for was my phone number (which isn't with at&t) and then had me use my personal phone and call the wrong hotline, which took another 15min to find out, and they transferred me to the correct u-verse hotline which was closed. So finally she decided to not be lazy and do a little searching to find my account. After she found my bill, it was 3times the amount it was suppose to be, and when I simply asked her what the charges were for she said she was unable to tell me until I paid to full amount. Not happy at all with the service from this location. She told me she couldn't do anything for me at that time and to come back tomorrow because she wanted to leave. By the time I was pushed out of the store with lazy help and no help, it was 7:30 and they closed at 8. Never visiting this...
Read moreI recently upgraded my phone from an android to an iPhone, which I was already a little hesitant about doing, as I have been an android user for years now, but a new job made it necessary for me. Anyhow, Michael Phillips made things very easy for me, and went above and beyond to see that I felt comfortable with my new phone option, while also making recommendations for the most important accessories to purchase along with the phone. He also made sure that all of my data transferred seamlessly over to my new iPhone(which was not an easy task at that, as he ran into some roadblocks along the way)—4 hours later, I was good to go! Michael was personable, knowledgeable, and patient with his task at hand. I was so grateful for all of his help that I brought him back a burger for his lunch, since he missed his lunch break working on setting up my phone. I highly recommend this AT&T store and...
