I can finally write this now that my packages have sent out but this place is HORRID. absolutely garbage. I was working the day before Thanksgiving and had to drop off my jobs parcels when I came here and despite SEEING me walk toward the shipping center, this guy with a black shirt and dreads leaves the station and me to go front face some random area. I said bet, no one else is in the store BUT me so maybe it's important. So I wait 10 minutes. Nothing. I said okay no biggie, he was the only person I saw who helped someone earlier, he probably wants to let someone ELSE do it. So I find another person, a girl with long brown hair. I ask for help at the shipping and she actively UGH OK. Like excuse me? So I gave her my packages and she says "they ship out friday" I told her I need a receipt for work and she rolls her eyes and then tells me she can't give me a receipt for one of them because there isn't a tracking number (there was). I then ask for it back and ask ANOTHER lady who was older for help and she just looks at me for a minute and then processes my second package. I had to ask for help from EVERY SINGLE PERSON in the store while NO ONE else was there. This place is now blacklisted from the IT job I work at and I hope anyone else that shops here has a better experience because this was by far the worst customer service I've ever had. I came in today (12/1/23) to ship a couple boxes given to me by my aunt and as soon as I walked in with my father a staff member called out from the registers that they donāt ship UPS. Thatās fine, I call my aunt to see what she wanted me to do next. Sheās confused since she just used them to shop UPS a few weeks ago. My dad and I walk to the shipping area and while Iām clearly talking about it to my aunt the staff member at the shipping counter loudly asks me if Iām shipping, very rudely. I ask her to hold on a second Iām figuring something out. We decide to go elsewhere and as we are leaving, CLAYTON, a staff member is about to help a customer to their car with items and is rushing my father and I out the door like children, while we are walking briskly out the door, waving his hand and saying āmove it quickly quicklyā I tell him not to be rude and he continues to be rude and mocks my father to report him when heās asked his name. Im very disappointed, every single staff member had an attitude and rushing us out the door was very rude, especially with my father being visually impaired....

I inquired about cable adapters for HDMI VGA for my laptop with dual monitors. Everything he pointed out to me came with a sarcastic remark "oh but that's too much" $49.00-$70.00. Then when I proceeded to pick up a ink cartridge mind you I turned in an empty cartridge when I came into the store initially. I pick up the black in cartridge and proceeded to the counter look up there was the Caucasian employee hiding behind a center isle display counter just staring me down. I asked her do you'll profile all of your customers or just your black ones? "She stated we watch everyone." I also stated I will not come back to shop here ever again. Yes, I'm black African American and yes I did purchase a (ink cartridge) my last item here at this store. Shopping while black is awful especially when I've been shopping here for over 15 years. I felt very uncomfortable and racially profiled and I also felt unwanted even by the African American...
