I had two stars but the review was flagged. What I noticed online, on FB, with the chatter over there, is that this business prefers to do all it can to not allow the legal rights of consumers to make reviews. I went to get gel nail removal. The tech had no idea what she was doing. The service was horrendous. She cut the nail down too far to soak it off, was chiseling off the nail and breaking it away, trying to throw my entire hand into a bag of acetone. She had no price list for design, just trying to make it up as they went along. Told me that tortoise shell nails weren't typically done on all the nails. Gave me an absolutely ridiculous quote. I will and do pay very good for my nails. This tech doesn't even have experience to be charging half of what it would be to get a full med set with basic design. Thank God I was like, ya no, I'll come back tomorrow. They wasted my nail down to nothing, dried up the skin on my hand. Left bruising. The photos I attached are gone, and I don't have them anymore. I've seen another comment on FB regarding this behavior and went to see if my review was available. Sure enough, it wasn't. He had flagged it so the public couldn't see it. Could not trust. The techs aren't properly trained. I was watching the other one too and looked at the woman's nails wondering how she thought it looks proper. So unhealthy. This tech in particular just came out of a day or two class. Nobody else was trained at that time. They give out incentives to make 5 star reviews and I've watched the owner time and time again make anything less go away....

I adore this nail salon. They are down to earth people that run it, professionals to the utmost, and go the extra mile with everything that they do for you. You can’t go in there and come out without feeling better than when you went in. On my last visit there, I was helped by Stephanie I came in an hour before closing I needed a manicure and a pedicure for court in the morning and it’s pretty impossible to do that since a pedicure takes near an hour. Stephanie was able to do both of those for me and stayed late , for me to finish it up. Like I said she went the extra mile above and beyond, and I was very pleased with the outcome of her work, they were French pedicure their “basic” manicure. The price was well below what I had expected to pay. I highly recommend this place to anyone that is looking for a Salon or isn’t quite happy with theirs. It’s clean, That they serve goodies, They have the most up-to-date equipment and are just starting out and they show you how much they appreciate your business. In the past, I’ve been helped by a woman I believe her name was Amy who also left me dumbfounded at how incredible well, done and pampering of a pedicure she gave me dumbfounded. I’ve never received a better one in my entire life. The owner is as lovely inside as she is on the outside and she is beautiful and her manicure Work that I’ve seen is an art form for sure. I happen upon the salon as of recently, I’m ever so grateful for...

This is by far the best place! After having tried many other nail salons in the area and never leaving completely satisfied, I have found my favorite place. The owners are kind and gracious and their staff are friendly and attentive. It is the cleanest I have ever seen. The experience is truly wonderful from the moment you walk in the door. I got a pedicure and manicure with gel polish. I have gone many other places and requested particular services or for my toes and nail polish to match, etc and it always seemed that either I was misunderstood or it was too much trouble...not at Amor! They take the time to listen to what you are asking for and follow through with it. I will also add that it is a very relaxed atmosphere, they know their customers by name for a very personalized feeling. I just can't express how satisfied I am after years of trying to find a place I feel comfortable. They go above and beyond. I have found the place I will go from here on out! Try them...I bet you will be...
