I did not feel like at this visit I was being taken care of like I should. I could have gone anywhere else and received better customer care. It was like I was being punished for not fixing this issue the day it happened. I shopped on Black Friday and for some reason I was charged full price instead of the discount price on 2 of my items. It was difficult for me to make it back to this particular Target because of the distance it is from my home but I went back before it had even been 2 weeks and I was told there was nothing they could do because I waited too long to come in. Return policy is much longer than 2 weeks so there should not have been a problem. I was told there was nothing that could be done since they did not have proof that those items were supposed to be marked down- this was their store with their black Friday deals and they didn't even try to fix their mistake. Everyone in the parking lot walked past him and stared at him but never offered help. I helped him into the store and once we got into the store we passed numerous employees and not one of them offered to help. They just stared at us again. We asked an employee if someone would be able to help him to his car after he got his prescription from the pharmacy and her reply was āuh I donāt think so.
