Target — Local services in Oro Valley

I did not feel like at this visit I was being taken care of like I should. I could have gone anywhere else and received better customer care. It was like I was being punished for not fixing this issue the day it happened. I shopped on Black Friday and for some reason I was charged full price instead of the discount price on 2 of my items. It was difficult for me to make it back to this particular Target because of the distance it is from my home but I went back before it had even been 2 weeks and I was told there was nothing they could do because I waited too long to come in. Return policy is much longer than 2 weeks so there should not have been a problem. I was told there was nothing that could be done since they did not have proof that those items were supposed to be marked down- this was their store with their black Friday deals and they didn't even try to fix their mistake. I am not sure I want to step foot in a Target again after being in there to fix a little glitch that they had had on Black Friday- and I was told by friends that this was not the only Target that was charging full price for things that should have been...

So, I was there shopping last week and I found a few items on clearance there was no price on them so, I went to the price scanner to check the price it says item not found, please see an assistance. So, I went to look for someone who worked there they couldn’t tell me the price because apparently it’s discontinued products and she told me I need to just go to check out and the register person will be able to tell me the price. I head to the register to check out the register person couldn’t even tell me how much it cost. So, she went to ask the other person (Pearl) was the employee name she scanned it and it showed $0.00 on the scanner. I saw it when she scanned it she didn’t know I saw the price and she proceeds to tell the cashier it’s $2.99 how can she say it’s $2.99 when the item in being $0.00 out I didn’t want to get it for that price $0.00 all I want is tell the truth. I was in on Wednesday and as I was going into the store I noticed an elderly man struggling to get into the store. He had one arm and he could barely walk. Everyone in the parking lot walked past him and stared at him but never offered help. I helped him into the store and once we got into the store we passed numerous employees and not one of them offered to help. They just stared at us again. We asked an employee if someone would be able to help him to his car after he got his prescription from the pharmacy and her reply was “uh I don’t think so. We don’t do that here and I can’t help you.” And walked away. This isn’t the first time I’ve encountered rude workers at this location.
