Deserves a zero. Why? ..... #1 store closes arbritrarily. If it is " too hot" the store shuts down. Every other store in the strip mall remains open mind you. Yet they close on a whim . #2 lack of communication..good business practices would tell you to post your policy and store hours.. Example: due to our faulty air conditioning, this facility will close at 1pm on days when temperatures are forecasted to reach 90+ . we apologize ahead of time for any inconvenience this may cause. We value the health and comfort of our employees and our customers and appreciate your understanding.
Real simple dollar tree! Oroville is a small hard scrabble town with rampant unemployment and a large population living at or below the poverty line. Couple that with few if any public transportation options and its extremely frustrating to show up at 5 pm on a Monday and you are closed. The problem this location has is their employees. Specifically one employee "Watu". For unaccompanied females unlucky to get Watu, he flips back and forth between flirting with them to insulting them. My wife goes through his line and he refers to her as "Boo", WTH is Boo. Next he implies that she doesn't have enough money when he asks if he needs to take stuff off so her EBT will go through because she wants to split up the payment between cash and a debit card. He jumps to this conclusion before my wife can explain she wants to split up the payments.
This is not the first time I have seen him pull this kind of behavior on his female customers. Countless times I have witnessed him do similar while waiting to check out. If you find yourself in this Dollar Tree, females should avoid this guy...

Which only left two. I asked you guys know how it is why don't u guys get other help and they kicked me out of the store and told me I was causing problems. They refused to even let me pay for my things. If the employees are going to gossip about the person who called in it shouldn't be in front of customers and the manager was right along with it.
