As far as Customer Service; the staff that I dealt with, was friendly and polite. As far as the store as a whole; they really shouldn't call themselves a "pawn" shop. It should be more of a "Gold & Silver exchange", their bottom line is to make fast cash and they don't want to deal with the small stuff nor do they want to have to wait for something to sell. They don't deal with any sort of "collectable" items. Example: A U.S Ment coin that is worth say $100, (as far as the U.S Ment is concered), but this store will only give you the value that the silver per ounce is at, as melted down silver. Which is penny's. There is only a bottom line to them and they won't give you a cent more. They have so many rules on what they are willing to buy/pawn that they shouldnt do it. On everything that they buy from you, they take 75% of the value. My advise; If you're needing a couple bucks, make sure that what you bring in, is of great value. If you're looking to buy something from then, know that they have; bikes, tools, TV 's and jewelry..and be sure to bring a few hundred at the least with you. I hope this helps...

I had given this place a 5 star rating until today. My husband had a firearm shipped there and he was supposed to pick it up today. He went to get it and in the last 10 days they changed their policy and will only do firearm related stuff on Wed and Sat. Nobody bothered to call and tell him. They refused to help. They refused to release the gun and he has to wait 2 more days making it 12 days. When he did the paperwork they didn't bother to say the policy would be changing. Don't bother with this place. They sell junk at brand new prices as it is. Place is a joke. I will be leaving this...

I have been going in and out of this store for years and the store itself is ok but there is a genuine young lady named Danielle who works there who went out of her way to help me and accommodate me. That's what matters most in my opinion. If I could give her a rating 10 I would. Thank you Danielle. I meant to write this a while back and forgot. I appreciate your willingness to go the extra mile to help me. . You were great and your positive attitude was amazing and helped out because I did not really want to be pawning my things in the first place however times are hard. Thanks again...
