Where to start, me and my girl have been excited to try this restaurant since we seen it built. We had been planning to visit and brought my daughter and our son with us. As soon as we walked in we could tell it just wasn’t going to be the best time. A grumpy older gentleman seated us and had the vibe of somebody who just didn’t want to help anybody. The chips and salsa tasted like low cost salsa and chips. The service from the Hispanic lady was nice, but not very captivating as we were left alone the entire time while our meals arrived. I ordered the deluxe nachos no tomatoes no onions adding meat to a “deluxe” nachos that otherwise does not come with meat is an extra $5 I added the meat. My daughter’s quesadilla was a kids quesadilla to add meat was an additional $5. My son is 9 months he had only rice and beans, which were about $8-9. “Hilarious price for such a cheap item.” My wife had 2 absolutely pathetic excuses they call enchiladas “a soggy tortilla with meat nothing else at all in it” oh you know enchiladas come with sauce usually right? Nope, extra $5 to get the sauce added. The younger gentleman was nice. I wish I could give negative stars for this joke of a restaurant fleecing Oroville with their garbage excuse for “Mexican” food and poor service overall. I am Latino and had high hopes don’t let these reviews fool you they are not from the old business owners. I ended up paying $70 in the end for 3 “meals” and rice and beans. My family already noted not to come here and we are informing friends don’t step foot in...

I wish i would have taken a picture of my plate.... I ordered to tacos, rice and beans on the side. What i received was a wet soupy mess of a plate, dry rice, and for the ripe price of $12 i got 2 taco bell hard shell tacos. And the beans looked like brown slop poured from a pitcher of powdered beans. This IS NOT AUTHENTIC MEXICAN FOOD AS ADVERTISED! Rather a more expensive taco bell. It looked beautiful upon entry, nice little welcoming area. We waitied for quite a while for a host to even greet us at the door to be seated. The host was very gracious (i want to make it clear this is no slight on the staff) they looked to be understaffed and thats the reason i believe for the wait. His service to our table was 10/10. The food was the problem 100% i picked at what i could bate to eat, listened as my entire party complained about they're food. I will probably not be bringing anyone out on a luncheon to this establishment ever again. Not only embarrassing for the restaurant, but i was embarrassed i brought people there...

Here's the T... The location is kinda outta the way. When you arrive the place looks nice on the outside but the inside of the restaurant needs a major remodel. Owners need to do some DEEP CLEANING, the walls are disgusting! Place would look terrific if it got a fresh coat of paint, new booths, & rearranged the seating set up. However the customer service is awesome!!! The two young men that act as host, servers, cashiers do an excellent job! I sat & observed their interaction with customers. Even under pressure these two still demonstrated excellent customer service skills; friendly, & down to earth. I appreciate a place that has excellent customer service. The food was great. My husband & I enjoyed our meals. We walked out full & satisfied. I even had enough food to take home for later. The place seems like it's got a steady flow of regulars/locals & has enough room to...
