DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME !!
First of all the person that "helped" me was named Melissa, the (store manager).
Last night I made a purchase online for an item that was in stock elsewhere for $39/ week. I get a message this morning from little miss Melissa saying my item is out of stock but they have another option available that happens to be less in price. I approve this item and find out rather than this one to be shipped a week out I can get the one they have today, but pay a $50 fee and I sad no I've already paid $39 last night to get one a week from now, she said hold on hold, we can have this for $18 fee now. Little miss Melissa, if I ordered for $39 to have my item paid weekly and arrive next week I expect that. Very very rude person.
Also, this interaction happened AFTER she had received my ID number, place of employment and their number, as well as a reference number which happens to be my grandmother. What if this girl Melissa is some crazy person who is completely engaged by our interaction and decides to stir up some trouble. I 100% do not recommend this shady...
Read moreI used to like this place especially when short on funds and need something right away. That was until about 3 weeks ago when we purchased a stove. We rented it for a week told them we would pay it off the next weekend. We paid the stove off then the control panel started messing up and throwing error codes. We had just paid it off within a week. The one person came out and looked at the stove told me oh we are not supposed to help you. He said he would and email the company because we have a factory warranty. Well he also said that he would help us with a loner stove until the can fix ours. Here it has been a couple weeks our stove doesn't work and rent a center hasn't called us to get the loner stove. They just tell you what you want to here. Hopefully my stove will be fixed Monday when the tech comes out. Ugh never again will I go to rent a center...
Read moreDON’T waste your time! I ordered a bedroom set online in the beginning of November, supposedly it arrived damaged. I call them in January to ask where it is and get that answer they didn’t even bother to reach out to me! Here I am at the END of April, it arrives and I walk in store to schedule my delivery. At the time of scheduling NOTHING was on the schedule. Boom 1-3 on Wednesday. Clear out and clean/sanitize my whole bedroom and then... Girl at the store just called it’s almost 2pm now to tell me they’re short staffed and their only truck is in yuba city!? Not my problem! I told them to keep their stuff if I can’t get it today. Seriously just a mess. Absolutely disgusted! I can’t believe this awful...
