I was in need of a dryer but could not afford a brand new one so I went to haulbrook's. I ended up paying $270 for a used dryer. Once I got at home we discovered that it was not working we had to cycle through 4 times just to dry 1 load of clothes. The next day I returned this dryer, the 1 in the picture and ask for my money back. He refused to give me my money back that said that I could have $270 store credit. We do not give refunds, he told me. Looking at what this store has to offer there is nothing in there for $270 or less. I explained to him that there's nothing there for me to buy but he did not want to hear this period I left the dryer at their door and told them that I would like to talk to the owner. Later that day my sister got a call from the owner he stated that he will give us $270 store credit. Today we went to his store, he was very disrespectful talk down to us was Extremely Confrontational. After about 15 minutes of this we ended up Telling him that we don't want to buy anything in his store because it's all Garbage and that we want nothing from him. I strongly recommend that nobody does business with this individual, I guess you get what you pay for if you buy garbage you get garbage. I very rarely get a badd review such as this Kind of business should not be tolerated in Oroville or anywhere else. He knew that this dryer did not work when he sold it, but would not admit it and surely would not give us our money back. Beware...

If I could give them a lower rating I would, without a doubt the worst customer service I've ever experienced. Purchased mattress set February 26th 2018 and was told 5-10 business days until delivery. Today May 7th I got the very first phone call from them saying it was ready to be delivered.

On March 26th a full month I went in asking the status since I was told 5-10 days, I was given the run around and was told he woukd give the sales rep a call and call me back.

On April 2nd I again went in and was given no explanation on why I had not received a phone call.

On April 9th I went in only to be told it had not came in on the load they had just got but should be in on Saturday the 14th and would be given a call either way.

On April the 16th I again had to go to the store to get an update on my Feb 26th purchase. Salesman goes to the back and says it is there but they're truck is in the shop being fixed and wouldn't be avalible to deliver til Wednesday the 18th and woukd give me a call then to let me know and/or schedule a delivery time. On the 18th I got no call...19th no call...etc etc

Now today on May 7th I get a call saying " just letting you know your order is in" .....

I would not buy anything from this place ever again and as of right now I still haven't since I will be refusing it as I have already filed a dispute claim with my card company.

I purchased a washer and dryer and a king size bed with frame two weeks before Christmas. When I got the washer home it did not work so took it back to the store they gave me a different washer and I brang it home hooked it all up and the next day washer won’t spin won’t drain and makes a loud noise. Called them explained what was going on and I had to bring it in again which they said they fixed within 15 minutes. Brang the washer home the third time and the next day it’s doing the Same thing doesn’t go into spin cycle doesn’t drain and makes a noise. Took it back the 4th time on January 2 they said they would have it fixed by the end of the day here it’s january 4th still no washer. I call on Jan 3rd they said they haven’t had the time to look at it I said I just want my money back he said no they don’t do refunds! But they would give me a working washer I said ok. Still no washer no phone call no update of the washer I told him my frustration with the situation. I’m displaced from the paradise fire and have little ones in the home and no way to do laundry! I definitely don’t recommend this place to anyone who is buying appliances. They have done my family wrong with this washer! I understand they are busy but I don’t understand why it’s a problem to give me a working washer or...
