As a DIY mechanic, finding quality parts and quality information is critical to avoid having to pay a certified technician over $90/h on average to do basic/intermediate vehicle maintenance and repair. I have been consistently impressed with Orielly's. Where the competition has lead me to purchase expensive and often unnecessary parts, this has never been the case with Orielly's. I just wanted to take a second to write this review to say how appreciative I am for the friendly and knowledgeable staff at your store! Thank you for helping me at such critical times. I was really disappointed at the level of customer service here. There was none. There was no recognistrion of existing customers or the ones coming in the store. The employees were less then cordial , borderline seemed bothered with helping customers. The Manager was very short and rude. Did not give a selection of optional available Parts. I clearly told him part that was needed yet because he was not paying attention to what I said he talked down to me when trying to look up part. If this was not a place of convenience I doubt very much this parts store would still be in business. Its sad that the employees at this store do not have more interest in their jobs and definitely lack any sort of...

I went to the Oroville CA store on Sunday evening. 9-10-17. I new I was in trouble when I asked for a rebuild kit for a marine Rochester Quadrajet and the young kid started asking if it's for a jet ski personal watercraft or a boat. Come on a auto parts guy that does not know what a Quadrajet is. So I gave him the carb part number17086069. Well it's back to what year engine ect. So tell him he won't find it that way he just needs to look it up under the carb number. He tells me no he can't do that. I guarantee you any other store can do that but that's what you get with minimum wage employees....
