I went through the drive thru to pay for an order I made online they told me my card declined and they swiped it again it declined again (I had more than enough on my card) the money came off my card I told them numerous times it did and when I told them I wanted it noted it still charged me on my card just in case it didn't go back on by the end of the day they didn't well Monday rolls around the pending charge goes through on my bank and I called they told me to bring my bank statement in and they would make it right I got there showed them my bank statement they proceeded to tell me they have to go look at the cameras and not that they don't believe me but they have to make sure that's what happened I waited a day they called me told me nothing on their system shows any money being taken out and basically I'll have to go through my bank because they can't do anything after I did everything they asked and proved to them it had taken it off my card as well as me going back and paying in cash because I was assured it would go back on and if not they would make it right. Tell me how I have the bank statement showing my money came off successfully at your store tell me how I show you this and you can see I came back and paid cash 5 minutes later because I was assured it would go back on my card or be made right if not just to jump through hoops and be told I'm out of luck 113 dollars charged ontop of the 107 I paid in cash I should've only paid the 113 on my card but instead I paid double and you guys won't correct your mistake or your...

Worst dispensary I’ve ever been to. It was my first time at this dispensary and I obviously didn’t know what to do so another customer helped me by telling me you have to order at a screen instead of having an employee help you like every other one I’ve ever been to. I clicked on what was supposed to be a 10 pack of cookies and I ordered 2 of those. They called my name when they got my stuff together and I paid and left without them showing me what I actually got. When I got to where I was going, I opened the bag and there were 2 packages of cookies but they only had 1 cookie in each. I was willing to pay $25 for 10 cookies, not for 1! I called and told them what happened. When I told them it shows 10 cookies when you order it and they said “oh I guess it does say 10, we’ll have to change that.” They told me to come back up there and they’d make it right.

When I got the chance to go back up there, the person at the desk called who I am guessing was her manager and discussed the situation in front of me. They didn’t even tell me what they were going to about it until she took me to the back and gave me my money back for each pack of cookies separately even though I bought them together. They were also very rude while doing it. I will never go back and I will tell everyone I know not to go to this dispensary. There are plenty of other options...

Do not shop here!! They will not credit for their mistakes and give you some bogus reason why. They had sale on vivid 2 for $70. Nothing about a first time discount on the website. Go in store and they charged me 2 for $80, I called directly after I left because I noticed pricing wasn’t what was advertised and I’m told I’m screwed and the first time discount was the advertised price. Lies lies!!! The discount is on vivid products, not being a first time customer. Needless to say they lost my business along with many others as well. I was told on the phone prior to coming in by a gentleman who claimed to be the manager that I just bring in proof of receipt and they would take care of it. Nothing was taking care of and in my eyes $20 got stolen because of them not owning up to their advertising. If you advertise something at a price then honor that! Not good for just opening. Sadly I was actually excited about this location and after this experience, I’ll never shop here again!!! Word of mouth goes far, please take this seriously and check the prices before leaving or you’ll get screwed on your hard working money too!! If I could leave zero stars I would.
