I recently traded in my 2022 Caymas CX21 bass boat and purchased a brand-new Ikon LX21 bass boat from Iguana Marine in Osage Beach, MO. I can’t say enough about the entire experience, both the boat and the Iguana Marine staff (Joel, Mike and Mandy) exceeded every expectation. From the moment I walked onto Iguana Marine’s lot, the staff made me feel like part of the family. They were friendly, knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely excited to help me find the perfect rig for my needs. The sales process was very smooth, transparent, and stress-free…exactly what you’d hope for when making an investment like this. The team went above and beyond by bringing in a boat from one of their out of State locations the very next day, so I could have an onsite selection from the boats I was most interested in and then, just a couple days later, had the boat I chose/purchased delivered to my residence in Alabama.

Now, regarding the Ikon LX21 bass boat I bought…this beast is unreal! The overall performance on the water is unmatched by any other boat I have experienced in my 45+ years of bass tournament fishing…it’s sleek, incredibly stable, very responsive, and equipped with top-tier electronics and features like no other bass boat on the market…at least none I’m aware of. The build quality is rock-solid, and you can tell it was designed with serious anglers in mind. Tons of storage, extremely comfortable seating, and a layout that will make long tournament days on the water feel effortless.

I have never written a review, but absolutely have to this time. I have never worked with nicer and more professional people ever. We are new to the Ozarks and they helped us with finding the right boat for us during a time when there were very few boats available. When the purchase of our condo became a nightmare due to being unable to get a clear title for 2 months, they graciously stored our boat and continued to support our efforts to become owners on the lake. With such a small inventory at a time when it was difficult to get anything in stock, I’m sure they could have sold our boat 30+ times over, yet they were extremely pleasant on our weekly phone conversations, as it became necessary again to back up the day we could pick it up. When we finally were able to get a different condo and get the lift converted to accommodate the boat a week sooner than we expected, I’m sure a few guys gave up their lunches to have the boat cleaned and ready for us within hours and demonstrate all the basic bells and whistles. We were past customers of Joel's and were definitely excited when he and his group acquired the Iguana business here at Lake of the Ozarks. We just brought our brand new 2020 Axis T23 to the lake for the summer and after a few outings had a mechanical issue. Our 1st phone call on Monday (a day they are closed) was answered and we were assured the local mechanic would be available next day. Just for our piece of mind we also talked to Calvin their mechanic at the St. Louis Stateamind location that same afternoon. He instantly knew the problem and said just in case Marty (the local mechanic) didn't have the gasket on hand, he'd overnight the part to the lake. First thing Tuesday morning we were told the gasket would be arriving between 12-2pm and a mechanic would be out after. Tuesday late afternoon we had Travis the mechanic on our dock in our boat with the issue promptly fixed.
