The name certainly describes the entire experience of working Britani and the entire team at Dream Jewelers as that of the dream come true for my bride to be Kelly and myself with finding the best Jeweler after an exhausting search of the majority of the available jewelers in our area. Although we didn't get to every one them, we were certainly glad that we literally stumbled upon Dream Jewelers one fateful Saturday afternoon. Fate continued as we first met Britani and were shown about the modern showroom that boasts stunning lighting. Britani is extremely knowledgeable and was an instant friend to Kelly as they chatted and chatted and chatted some more. I was so very thankful that we had walked in the door as Britani helped put Kelly and ease and made the initial search that day a very pleasurable experience. Our first visit kept us there past closing, and we felt like we were being totally taken care of the entire time as there was never an instant like we felt we had to rush or to leave - an experience that we hadn't really experienced with any other jeweler previously. After leaving that first day, Kelly and I both agreed that we knew we had finally found OUR jeweler! Subsequent return visits were spent solidifying the selection of the right setting, selecting the right diamond, and then discussing the crafting of and completion of the perfect engagement ring and matching wedding band which will complete the set when we tie the knot in 2021!

I received a Valentine's Day publication in the mail for Dream Jewelers. Although I drive past this place a million times a week, I've never been in there until today. I gave them a call to see if they had the items I desired, in stock and they didn't have one of the necklaces I wanted however she did supply me with something similar, even better. It was for the same price listed on the publication. So I wasn't unhappy or disappointed. The woman was very friendly over the phone and very welcoming. I told her I would be there within 5 or 10 minutes. Upon arriving, she greeted me from her desk and recognized it was me who called on the phone. She was extremely helpful and I did not have to deal with any pressure sales whatsoever. She did not persuade me to buy any certain type of thing other than the items I was originally interested in. She took the time to specially wrap everything and I also received a cloth bag for jewelry storage which she also said I could use as a cleaning cloth.
