Rocky Rococo Pizza and Pasta — Restaurant in Oshkosh

Made my pizza wrong. I ordered a family meal deal. One topping large pizza. 2 orders of breadsticks and a 2 liter. I orders a sausage pizza and added mushrooms and onions to half. When it was delivered there was sausage on one half and mushrooms and onions on the other. The receipt even said “sausage whole”. I left feedback through my email from the order. They were prompt to reply offering just $10 off my next order. I nicely emailed the next day because I felt that was inadequate. I could have called and requested it to be made correctly and redelivered that night but the first one took 50 minutes and we were hungry and it was getting late. But when I end up spending $40 on dinner I expect it to be correct. I mean dominos will remake your order for any reason it’s not right. In this situation I felt a credit towards the whole order for next time or at least the large pizza was appropriate. Which I said in my email to the store. That email was never replied to. So basically I got left to deal with subpar service and food. I wouldn’t be surprised by Pizza Hut acting that way. But Rocky’s is supposed to be...

I can be an emotional/stress eater at times. It happens once or twice a month. This was a weekend from hell so I realllly needed something. Thankfully this place was right next door to where I was staying! I arrived 30 minutes before closing on a Sunday and the guy at the counter was super helpful and nice.

I ordered a slice of the Superoni (super pepperoni) pan pizza and a chicken Alfredo pasta. The pizza dough was super soft but not overly airy or dry in any way. The slice was loaded with sauce, cheese and pepperoni. I actually ate half of it with a fork and knife like a sicko, after the cheese cooled I ate it with my hands like a human.

The pasta was OK. The Alfredo sauce wasn’t quite the consistency I was hoping for, it reminded me of Alfredo sauce from a jar or school cafeteria - slightly watery, not very thick or creamy but I still enjoyed it!

Ordered a sausage slice (wanted a sausage and mushroom but they never have it the last four times we tried) and bread sticks with nacho cheese sauce. The pizza had maybe three pieces of sausage on it barely any sauce and major cheese...did not eat it. They gave me two containers of marinara so I had to go back through the drive thru to get the cheese. When I opened the bread sticks they were barely cooked! They were limp and so doughy that they almost formed a bread dough ball in the cup they were crammed into...again not eaten. A total bust so I called the manager and this little girl gets on the phone, doesn't even offer me her name and doesn't really say anything when I tell her about my experience. I did not want new food or my money back...just to relay the info and ask for a possible excuse...I got nothing.
