Okay... I have waited for a bit to leave a review for this place for a while. Today was my final visit. I have given this spot four times to redeem itself but it hasnt and I can finally say its not for me anymore. I used to absolutely love this spot. I have been visiting this place for about 15 years and up until about five or so years ago it was excellent. Unfortunately the last handful of times I've visited it has gone way way downhill. I remember when they had 25 cent wings! Now a 10 peice is 12 dollars!! That is criminal. But high prices I can overlook if the place is clean and service is good, sadly that isnt the case here anymore. My most recent visit was terrible. Bathrooms were disgusting and not stocked. Also any bathroom that doesnt have paper towels and only provides air dryers will instantly lose points for the establishment. Floors throuought the bar and restaurant were covered with slippery sand. I can understand some sand considering they have indoor sand volleyball courts but they need to do a better job managing it. Very dangerous and slippery. Now onto the food and service. First drinks were delivered quickly and food order placed without issue.. fast forward 45 minutes and we finally got out food.. which was a simple order of a burger and wrap plus an unbelievably overpriced 10 piece wings. Wings were cold per usual and the bottom burger bun was completely soaked and soggy. Fries were ok.. both my wife and I had finished our drinks several minutes before or food had arrived and no one had bothered to ask us if we wanted new ones yet. We asked the lady who delivered our food if we could get new drinks and she responded with "im not a server" and walked away... our empty drinks were pushed forward on the bar clearly needing refills yet MANY bartenders continued walking by without a glance. We were both almost finished with our meals and still no drinks... finally we gave up and decided it was time to leave. We wanted boxes for our leftovers and had to resort to walking over to the table where the had them wher a girl was standing doing nothing and asked for a couple. She couldn't even bother to Crack a smile and instead begrudgingly handed us a couple. We packed up our leftovers, flagged one of the mindless bartenders down to cash out and left. It is so sad to see how far this location has fallen. Do yourself a favor and steer clear...

I will have to try this place a different day because the experience wasn't necessarily bad but it wasn't great.

My bf and a few friends went in to kill time before an event started so we ordered the appetizer platter. Comes with wings and onion rings and stuff like that. The server comes and grabs our order and is asking what sauce we want on the wings. The server leaves and we assume that they've given our order to the kitchen. The server comes back and asks us politely to pick a different sauce for the wings because they're out of the one we originally picked which is fine. So eventually 20 minutes later we get our wings and the server says to us "that platter will be out in just a few minutes" a few minutes turns into another 20 minutes so we decide to pay asap so that when we get our platter we can take it to go because now we're running late. We pay and wait another 10 minutes and by this point my bf is ticked off and asks a manager why it's taking so long. They come to find out that the server for some unfortunate reason canceled our platter when we never communicated that once, they even told us our platter would be out soon. We'd already paid for the drinks and the few wings so we just decide to leave. Overall a very disappointing experience. It was only 4pm and only one other table was there so we were really questioning what was taking so long. Will have to try this place again but don't...

Drove past this place a thousand times. Finally decided to stop.

Maybe it was a bad night, maybe we just sat in a bad section, but I was not impressed at all. Took 15-20+ minutes after sitting down to get an order in, and then it was something like an hour to actually get food.

The "boneless wings" were basically popcorn chicken, like the kind you would expect at a middle school cafeteria. The burger was just ok, but nothing to write home about. Our waitress looked like she was trying, but was really overwhelmed. I don't blame her for the bad service and still left a decent tip. The table of 8 next to us seemed to be having a similar time, with their food being delivered 2 people at a time over a 15 minute window. You could feel the awkwardness from where we were seated.

And then what's up with the 3% 'restaurant fee' that I only saw after reading my receipt?! I didn't see that till after we left, but there was nothing about the evening worth paying an extra 3% for.

Overall, I feel like I should have just stopped at the Kwik Trip around the corner. We could have gotten a 6 pack of beer, plus a burger and wings from the hot case, eaten it in the parking lot, and had a better experience for a quarter of the price.
