Cousins Subs — Restaurant in Oshkosh

I placed a delivery order on cousin’s website I order $57 worth of food including a happy meal and I ordered a chocolate shake that I had to pay extra money for. When they delivered my order they gave me a fruit punch that normally comes with the meal. When I called the store and told them they mess up my order m. Jade the manager answered the phone and when I explained to her what they did. She told me to come back up there to get the shake. First of all why would I go all the way up and I paid $8.50 for delivery and gave a $4.29 tip if that was the case I would’ve just came in to order my food. Then she says she can only give me the difference for the shake which was $2, I ask if they can have someone bring me the shake they forgot, she said no but offer me $2 . Any other restaurant if they made a mistake, they would at least came back and gave you what you ordered or at least gave you a free meal or She was very rude. I asked her for corporate number she kept me on hold for a long time did not answer, and my husband had call on another phone. They finally gave him the corporate number. order id aabephhnaeau I ordered the meatball sub with the broccoli soup. I went to get my drink and filled the pink lemonade, this looked like cherry koolade. I have never seen it that color? I then was called to pickup the rest of my meal. I got back to the table and discovered that I wasn't give a spoon for my soup. Asked for a spoon and was given one. The soup looked like there was new and old soup mixed together because of the pale green and bright green color of the brocolli. When I bit into my sub, the bread was stale and the meatballs were barely lukewarm, I returned the meal and asked for my money back. This is the 2nd poor experience I have had at this location. I took the money that I was given back and went across the highway and went to Jersey Mikes and received great customer service and great food. Wish I could give it -STARS! Pulled up to window after placing order and waiting behind a car to wait almost 30 minutes before the window even opens or is greeted. They never give me the drink just took me money and shoved the bag at me and closed the window again. I called and was told they could “put me down for a free drink next time” but I don’t live in the area. So I told them I wanted a refund. Only way they could do that was if I go back and return everything. So I did that and had to wait another good 15 minutes for the refund.
