Was sold the wrong phone and in compliance with 14 days return I talk to customer service that another MetroPCS had to give me the number to because I was not able to get it from the store representative who sold me the phone even though I told them the exact phone I wanted she then told me that that is the phone once the phone was purchased she realized that it was not the phone then told me it wasn't the phone then try to still charge me to switch it out of her own mistake. I never even got a chance to pick out the phone I just said I wanted a stylus phone and she came back with some power phone with a poor quality from the back of the store. Then wants me to pay an additional money to activate a phone that I then switch to again making me having to pay for an activation fee twice then refused to give me a district manager's number another MetroPCS to find out about corporate office the other MetroPCS worker from another store sat on the phone with me listening to what this MetroPCS worker in this store had to say then revealed to me that there is a way to do it and that is through the district manager which I was toldthere was no such thing for the store there is no owner the owner does not come in or work or anything there's no number for him or her and there's no corporate number instead I was given a fake number I am extremely upset and I think I might have a lawsuit that I'm going to start pending so definitely look out for the letters because if this isn't solved we are going to have an issue....
