Chinese Wok — Restaurant in Oswego Township

Terrible customer service I will never be ordering here again. My family and I placed an order for two shrimp fried rices and sweet and sour chicken .we brought the food back home we began eating only to realize they had thrown maybe 15 pieces of shrimp for a large order of rice I started sorting through the rest of the container to see if there was any more maybe in the bottom of the container and there was none. I called letting them know I was not happy with my food and they told me to bring it back in. My elderly mother went all the way back having to put our dinner on hold only to get screamed at and berated by the absolute terror of a woman who works there who began throwing a temper tantrum like a two year child and flinging rice and shrimp everywhere. She accused her of not even ordering food from there. My mother was going to ask her to remake the food but of course after seeing the way she was acting decided against it. If you’re thinking about ordering from here DONT. I’ve worked in customer service and the customer is always right you do NOT verbally abuse and berate your customers either I hope they go out of business. This restaurant has horrible customer service. I placed an order to feed my family today and asked for a large fried rice with no shrimp because I am allergic to shellfish. When I brought my order home the rice had shrimp in it. Placing my family dinner on hold , I had to drive back to the restaurant to get my order fixed. Once I got there I explained to the lady at the counter that there were shrimp in my order and I did not like the orange chicken and could they fix it. When they gave me the second order the fried chicken was pink and undercooked. I asked for a refund and the lady was extremely rude and called me cheap. The food we got was wrong, the pot stickers where soaking in grease in the container, the dishes were completely wrong, the chicken was over cooked and hard as rocks. When we called to let them know the dishes where wrong and the food was over cooked, we were told we were wrong and the food was fine, we told them we just wanted to let them know as we had been there in the past and usually loved the food. The person we talked to was rude and insulting, I would not recommend anyone go to this restaurant.
