Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Oswego Township

This was the first time ordering from Pizza Hut online delivery,I was not only disappointed but also disgusted at how my order and all over experience was horrible,I ordered the big box which comes with two pizzas and wings and breadsticks,the pizza’s had no cheese just a lot of red sauce and the breadsticks was just a slab of unseasoned bread it wasn’t even cut into sticks 🙄boneless wings were over cooked like rocks not edible the only good thing out of this whole order was my 2 liter Pepsi 🤨 so I proceeded to call restaurant and was told I could bring back food and I would get refunded,so I get there and the employee told me I would only get a portion of my review money back not whole amount I don’t understand how they do business here but I work in retail and a hospitality field and I have never denied any customer a full refund if they were unsatisfied how they have the audacity to tell me they would only give me a portion is beyond me I would never ever order here again and I was suggest that any decent human being would not return because their service was just disgusting and when I asked employee for a corporate number he just kept fidgeting back-and-forth as to ignore what I was asking for overall experience here was awful don’t plan to come here anytime soon but for people looking for great pizza I would not suggest this place because you will be disappointed Oh and as to that one star you don’t even deserve that one star it just wouldn’t let me...

Okay so I go into the pizza hut on Douglas Rd today to get my food and i noticed there was a lot of people standing around so the lady that had come in after me just went up to the counter and paid for her food so I then went to the counter to do the same thing. But in the middle of me doing this i found out that two other customers were waiting for a half hour or more and they didn't even pay yet so I told the lady to take care of them first Which to me is the right thing to do so when my time came i had made a simple suggestion to make a line for pay here and another area for those who are waiting. Well she said that i was the only one who was confused and she started cruising and yelling at me and then said she would give me back my money. Then I had to fight her for my pizza I swear i was playing tag a war with the food I paid for. after i got my pizza i left and called the manager and he said he saw everything so if you seen what was going on then shouldn't he of approached us and resolved the issue on hand he said he was taking care of it afterwards but he didn't even say i am sorry So if you want pizza hut go to the one on Orchard in Aurora it is in between Indian trail...

Very, very, VERY DISAPPOINTED! My brother called this order in for curbside pickup while I was out, so, that I can pick it up. I pulled in and called my brother to see if it was ready, and to let them know I was in front. He said it was ready and they should be out with our food. Over ten minutes passed and no one came out of the store to the car. I walked in just to see 2 employees sitting in the doorway to the back on their phones. One jumped up as I walk in, but the other continued to sit while on her phone. She went behind the counter, welcomed me, and asked how she could help. I explained that my brother called to let them know we were there, and that we had been sitting outside looking through the window this whole time. The other employee then made herself busy. No apology or anything from the staff. She just asked the name of the order. Still no, "I'm sorry,"... or nothing. We ordered 3 pizzas and 1, of the 3, wasn't even cut. Why am I going into the store when we requested curbside? Why are your phones in your hand while you sit instead of paying attention to customers? Why is my other pizza not cut? Unsatisfactory!
