KFC — Restaurant in Oswego Township

The 3 young ladied that are working at the store need to supervised at the very least probably fired. I just left the store, 2 of the girls were messing around in what appears to be an office, even as the line at the register is getting longer and longer. The girl at the register is very rude does not speak clearly , so people keep asking her to repeat herself. Then she leaves the registers to pack food cause the other two are still messing around. When the 2 others finally come out one begins wandering the other one eventually starts packing up orders. When she brings the orders to the counter which BTW were filthy she is also rude. I had to see and experience all of this along with several other customers, because the drive through is broken. Please hire some people who actually want to work and understand customer service, and for goodness sake dont allow these people to work without a manager. pretty sure the drive through guy is overcharging people and pocketing the money. he said "please pull forward" instead of telling me the total. and then mumbled the amount at the window. I just thought it was bad customer service, but now i think he's scamming people and pocketing the difference.

i think he's printing a manipulated receipt for customers and charging a separate amount on CC. my receipt said $7.xx for tenders and then it said "$20 cash" as the amount tendered, and then $12.xx($20 minus 7.xx) in change.

My credit card was charged $21.84. i'm not quite sure what he did, but tenders and a fry doesn't cost $21.84.

We went inside to order 20 dollar fill up and the girl at the register said we couldn't order because they were running out of "chicken". Isn't that what they sell there? Chicken!! The manager was yelling at the girl's to make sure not to let anyone order big orderS. They gave us option to order just the 5 dollar fill up. We were gonna walk away but the girl at register told us we could order half original and half crispy. We asked if we could get mac and cheese instead of one side of mash potatoes she said ok and also paid extra for potato wedges. When we got our order got out of there and made it home only to find out that they gave us 2 sides of mash potatoes and one mac and cheese. NO POTATO WEDGES NO COLE SLAW!!!
