While you will find great bargains on clothes , books and housewares , especially a wide and ever changing selection of LPs and 45s , Leslie is a great businesswoman and community activist. She dedicates a large portion the store to local artist’s wares . She aims to not only be a place that has very affordable shopping but aids in helping those that are affected by homelessness , domestic violence, struggling families , etc by finding the resources that are scarce in many towns . I’ve yet to see anyone turned away that needs a helping hand . The store also offers wellness workshops, art therapy and mental health support groups .
