We stopped by this place at about 8 am on a Saturday. There were 4 cars in the drive thru, so we decided to go inside. We were the only customers inside. There were 4 people working, 2 drive thru, 1 doing something in the back, and 1 just getting there. No one acknowledged us as we stood by the register for at least 5 minutes. One of the workers even came up to the register, which we were right in front of, and didnāt say anything to us for another 5 minutes, and when he did, it was āIāll be right with you.ā
Finally we get to order. We ordered 1 small and 1 large black house coffee and a Rice Krispie treat.
We waited for about 10 minutes for someone to give us our coffee. I was watching the girl on bar make drinks and the guy who rang us up hopped on the espresso bar and started making drinks too. When they did get to the point where they were working on our coffees, I watched the guy who rang us up pour espresso shots into a cup and start to fill it with water, which is an americano, NOT the same as what I ordered, and something that my partner and I both dislike very much. I asked the drive through girl if he was making the americanos for us, and she said yes. She told me their coffee machine was down and has been for a while so they have no way to make regular coffee. There was absolutely NO mention of this at the register. We would have gone to their other location to get regular coffee if they would have told us about the coffee when we ordered. We should have been given the opportunity to choose if we wanted an americano instead of the business assuming we wanted one. As an ex-barista, I would never try to replace someoneās drink with something else unless they were aware and ok with it.
The customer service at this place is in desperate need of some work.

The nitro cold brew was truly not good and I am a avid black coffee drinker. It was cool-ish, nearly see-through, some foam on top and really bitter. I brought the drink back up to the register and told them I really didnāt care for it and was told I could try adding cream and sugar which I did and then it just tasted like cream and sugar water. I set it on the counter since it was full and told them they could just go ahead and dump it since I wouldnāt be drinking it. It sat on the counter for 25 minutes and as we were leaving, I did go up and ask if maybe I could have at least half my money back (or at least the tip money!) and was told by Britney ā yeahā¦.
