I had the misfortune of visiting this so-called "Ukrainian" store, which is nothing more than a front for selling expired goods. The moment I walked in, I was met with a confusing atmosphere—while they claim to be Ukrainian, the staff only spoke Russian, making it feel like a bait-and-switch.

I decided to give it a shot and purchased a few items, hoping to enjoy some authentic flavors. To my horror, everything tasted stale and old, as if they had been sitting on the shelves for ages. It was a struggle to get through any of it, no matter how much I wanted to love it.

If you're looking for fresh, quality products, steer clear of this place. It’s shocking that they’re allowed to sell these expired items, and it’s a blatant disregard for customer health and satisfaction. Save your money and your taste buds—there are much better...

I've lived in the KC area all my life and this is in my top 5 stores for the entire metro area. It's my favorite place to go. Every time I'm here, there's something new to try. There's a great selection of Eastern European food and drink that are hard to find anywhere else, along with some wonderful stuff from places like Germany and Turkey. They also carry some lovely knickknacks and memorabilia, like Cheburashka plushes, Russian Orthodox icons and triptychs, beautiful wool platoks, etc. Everything is fresh, great quality, and reasonably priced. I can't praise this store enough. I'm always happy with my purchases and would recommend...

This place is wonderful. If you are looking for something very sweet then there are plenty of candies, if you want something a bit less sweet then they have pastries, if you want deli meats then they have those, there are a variety of cheeses from soft to hard or mild to strong. This place has a lot of great stuff and the people who work there are both nice and actually from eastern europe, which is what most of the items here are from. Its always great to go to a place that is run by people of the same culture...
