We have been here 3 times since this location opened, and it's progressively getting worse. Wait times are anywhere from 25 minutes minimum to a 1 1/2hrs. The last time we went to this location (7/29/23) we waited in a clustered line for 20mins and not once did anyone get helped except for 2 orders going out, they never acknowledged the new customers and they had loud music going over the speakers that they were listening to rather than working at a reasonable pace. So after 20mins of waiting with no help we went to our car and ordered online (order placed at 6:46pm - estimated pick up time was 7:22pm-7:27pm) so we went and ran some errands and killed some time and got back to the store at 7:25pm.. again waited close to 15mins in a packed lobby full of ppl with no acknowledgedment from the staff until about 5 online orders including myself had phones in our hands showing orders we had placed and asking about the progress of our food. Their response were "it'll be about 20-25mins" I asked to speak to the manager, relayed to him how ridiculous all of this is for a simple pizza order to take over a hour to make, and stressed to him he had empty warmers but yet he had other ppls orders just sitting on a table piling up for God knows how long. Told him I have actually worked at a little ceaser before when I was younger, and it's not that hard of a job, to which he replied, "It can be pretty hard." Then he told me my order was now in the oven.. so I waited for my food.. finally got my food at 7:55pm.. the pizza dough is not cooked thoroughly as stated by other reviews. It is very doughy. (Keep in mind we ordered 2 hot and ready pepperoni pizzas and 1 order of crazy bread). This was not a custom order... when I used to work at a little Ceasars as a teen, we always had 5 pep, 5 cheese, and 5 sausage pre-cooked and in the warmers ready to go as soon as someone ordered. Once one went out the front person yelled back to the cooks how many of which kind of pizzas just went out so they could get new ones cooking in order to maintain the "hot and ready" pizzas. That's how little ceasers are supposed to operate, in and out quick orders with a few custom orders mixed in. It's not that hard. This store is going to continue to get worse and worse until the owners decide to either fire and re hire new employees/management that are competent enough to run a store, or until they have a head hancho of little ceasers come to this location and shut it down to retrain the entire location on how their brand is...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreDon't even think about putting an offer in here if you want it don't within an hour or two. You MIGHT get lucky if you walk in, but even that's unlikely. But what you WILL find is them leaving stacks of pizzas for people's orders on the table, opening them dozens of times because they stack so many without completing an order that they forget what's what. They don't use the warmers, so you'll see your pizza sitting there getting cold for 30-40 minutes while they get around to finishing the sides for your order.
They can't even try and use the excuse of game day, because this is a constant and consistent behavior from them.
What made myself and HALF A DOZEN other people who were standing in the lobby 30-60+ minutes past our given time, was the employee answering phones and LYING to customers telling them "it'll realistically be around 15-20 minutes". HA HA HA
No. Several of us even spoke up hoping the person on the phone would hear and wouldn't be duped by the lies of the employee.
After over 40 minutes beyond my pick up time I asked the guy at front twice to get a refund, telling him I only had 2 bread stick orders and this ex ridiculous.
He instead ignored me because he sad tired of giving out refunds. Maybe, stop lying to customers about their order times? We literally HEARD them lying. Maybe, don't leave stacks of pizza on a back table getting cold, that customers can plainly see, and then getting mad at the ones who want something that HASN'T been sitting cold for the better part of an hour?!
It literally took me YELLING to get him to come get me my refund. I feel even worse for the half dozen other people who were trying to get their refunds while being ignored and the poor food delivery people who get duped into picking up an order here that they then have to cancel and get penalized for it or lose out on an hour + of profit sitting...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI went here with my friend last night to order a few pizzas and breadsticks around 9oclock.
There seemed to only be 2-3 employees and they were clearly getting their butts kicked and clearly also doing an excellent job handling the stress and pressure.
There were 2 other men there who were being incredibly rude and complaining within ear shot of the employees about their wait. A wait that seemed to be reasonable given the circumstances and the fact that they had both made specialty orders.
I was extremely concerned for the employees who could most likely over-hear what they were saying and uncomfortable about being in the vicinity of the kind of people who harass and belittle service workers.
I sincerely hope that the employees are being compensated properly on their paychecks for their hard work with both the basic duties of their employment and the added pressure of being leered at, fielding passive aggression and most likely sometimes direct aggression.
There was a young woman working the register who was incredibly polite, courteous and focused on her tasks. Iām not sure I could have handled the pressure as well as she was under the scrutiny of unreasonable customers and such a busy environment.
Please let them know that it was noticed and I hope the rest of their night went well and that I was so...
