My husband tried on the suit he purchased to make sure the alterations were correct. They were not. We tried to tell the associate that originally handed my husband his suit from the back and he, rather loudly, said well I didn't know that needed to be done. The associate then shrugged his shoulders and walked away. My husband took his suit off and was just going to get it done somewhere else. We walked to the front desk to get a bag for the suit. A different associate stood there not acknowledging us until her manager said "please help them" as he was helping another customer. We stated we needed a bag for the suit and inquired about getting the alteration corrected. The female associate said "well if you just put the pants back on I can fix it in 5min, but I won't fight you to put the pants back on." A little taken a back since we hadn't said more than 10 words to her at this point we asked if we had offended her. She began to pound her chest and raise her voice again stating she wasn't going to "fight him" to put the pants on. My husband never stated he wouldn't. The manager was next to her during this interaction and said all he could do was apologize, but didn't actually apologize. The female associate continued to roll her eyes and pace to the other employees saying rude things about my husband and our family. I was told by a customer service line that I would need to go back to the store in order to receive a refund for the alterations that didn't happen. I don't feel even remotely safe returning to that store with how aggressive the multiple employees we dealt with...
Read moreThis store used to be amazing, always loved our experience, as we bought a lot of clothing for our son from this location, and everyone was great as well as our experience. After our tux rental experience from start to finish and the issues we have had, and my son not even being able to wear the $250 tux, only the bow tie and vest. We will no longer shop at this store. When calling to share my experience and complain, it only took a a few seconds to realize my complaint and Frisco didn’t really matter. As, I was then advised there were some customers who didn’t even get their tuxes they needed for today. I can’t imagine their frustration, absolutely horrible. But, people not receiving their tux, or the fact that the store is short staffed and the warehouses are short staffed and sending out items that don’t fit, is NOT my issue and shouldn’t impact how I am treated as a customer. And doesn’t fix the fact, my son doesn’t have a tux to wear to prom. The manager Kevin, who didn’t really care and actually laughed a few times during our conversations, really should consider going back to customer service training. The issue wasn’t something caused by Kevin directly. But, in my opinion knowing how to treat customers with respect, empathy and compassion and act as though you care, even when you really don’t, is a huge part of...
Read moreI want to start by recognizing a very kind woman in her 40s who helped us during our visit. She was attentive, professional, and went out of her way to check in and make sure we were taken care of. She was the bright spot of our experience.
Unfortunately, the rest of the staff left a very different impression. The man on the floor (who appeared to be the manager) never acknowledged us and instead focused entirely on setting up a mannequin, even as customers nearby needed assistance. One of the younger women, who seemed to be assisting two customers already, repeatedly interrupted the older associate for help—even while she was working with another client. If she’s new, that may explain it, but it still came across as unprofessional.
Another young woman, dressed in all black, seemed to be heading to lunch but remained on the floor for the better part of our 30 minutes in the store without engaging with anyone and avoiding eye contact with customers.
Overall, it felt like only one person was doing the work of the entire team. The lack of leadership and customer engagement from the rest of the staff—especially the man who appeared to be the manager—made the experience disappointing. If not for the older associate, we likely would...
