Goodcents — Restaurant in Overland Park

I have lived in the area for nearly 12 years and have been ordering from this store the entire time. Of late the customer service and food quality have declined greatly. Placed an online order tonight and by time my wife got there to pick it up they had not even started and the kid acted confused that an order had even been placed. I should ad there was only one family in the store at the time. When we opened the food one sandwich that was supposed to be double meat was not. Tried calling the store three times and the phone rang until it automatically hung up. On the forth call someone picked up finally. When I explained that my wife had just picked up our order and what was wrong the employee simply said, "We did put double meat on it, sorry." and hung up. Think it is time to start ordering sandwiches from Firehouse Sub...

I stopped by this Goodcents Subs and Pastas firstly because I love Goodcents it's my #1 in big chain places and secondly I went there to have my little sister try them out too. We ordered a 16in double meat turkey with cheddar on white with mayo and salt pepper. The second sub was a 12-inch sub with meatballs with provolone cheese on a garlic black pepper bun. Both subs were very delicious, and the owner was very cordial, kind caring, and always looking out not only for his customers but also his employees, and I thought he showed great leadership!! The other employees did very well and took good direction if they weren't sure on something. All in all this Goodcents Subs and Pastas is a really good spot with really good people and really good food and I highly recommend you stop in and try them...

It was so hot today y'all. Idk the gentleman's name but he gave me a water cup, told me to get some water & come back to let him know what we would like to eat. It took about 10 min to cool down. I asked him to give us a suggestion he said it's hot so let's do turkey, no cheese & lots a veggies. Y'all when I say that bread was fresh the sandwiches was loaded, I could believe our sandwiches was that big, fulfilling & refreshing. We all drank water,,he even said get a cup of water to go...Again Idk his name but 7/25/24 around 1:30-2pmish....ALL I CAN SAY IS GOD BLESS HIM bcuz I went strait home to get out of this heat..The atmosphere was...
