2024-11-13: The store inside is clean. That's about as good as I'm going to share here. I try calling occasionally, to see if they are participating in current events that Starbucks is hosting, and routinely I get hung up on. I call, they pick up the receiver, and then they hang up promptly. In store, if I have a problem, they typically push back, instead of just correcting the issue. Not only is the Starbucks out of my way, but now it's just a huge inconvenience and a waste of time, energy, and money. If you're looking to have a Starbucks experience you can enjoy, I recommend going to Rochester. Their staff, knowledge and courtesy are UNMATCHED. Maybe, just a thought, you should take your team to the Rochester store and have them teach you how to make coffee and treat customers. 👍
2023-07-15: After several complaints to management, and corporate, I'd like to mention that this store still hasn't fixed any of the issues I have. There is one very friendly lady and one extremely kind gentleman that works here that seems to be passionate about customer service and coffee and the rest just...work there?
2022-10-28: Very clean inside. Friendly staff (once they actually greeted me; three minutes after entering and waiting to order). Inside of the store had lots of seating. Warm and cozy environment and easily accessible for anyone that wants a nice treat.
If I could make some suggestions to customers: Pipe up if they aren't paying attention. Staff seemed to be distracted by small talk instead of tending to doing their job. Read moreI stop by this store on my way down to visit family. Normally the service is great but on Saturday, May 11th, I received the worst experience in my life. I went into the store to order a drink because the drive through line was long. I didn’t know that you can’t order in the store. The only options are to order through mobile app or drive through. I ordered my drink through the mobile app, went to the restroom (which were both unclean) and when I came back out no one acknowledged me. I waited 5-10 minutes and a guy walks through. He is acknowledged and asked if he prefer a drink. I then asked where my drink was and someone checked the machine which prints the drinks order and it was out of paper. I thought she was making my drink and waited longer. I waited another ten minutes and no one would acknowledge me or make eye contact. I had to yell to get one of the eight people’s attention. The same girl came back and asked me to show the mobile order. They didn’t have it. She made it and was going to ask the manager to provide something for my time but the manager was busy. We went through the drive thru and ordered a venti dark roast with 2 shots of hazelnut, a venti caramel macchiato, a ham and cheese croissant and 2 mini vanilla bean croissants. We had our order repeated back to us three times by the team member and it was correct. We got up to the window, paid $18 and some odd cents with a gift card. We don't usually get receipts. Received one of our drinks and all of our food items. The team member opens the window and asked if we were still waiting for our croissant to which we replied no we are waiting for the caramel macchiato. She states she didn't have that on the order. On all of our items it states there are 5 items in the order and we received 4. She didn't asked for any help or consult with anyone else just kept saying it wasn't on the order.
