Taco Bell — Restaurant in Owosso

I am revisiting this review as I have had a handful of negative experiences here in my recent visits to this location.

First, the service is always friendly and I have to give them credit as they have always been professional and pleasant.

The food on the other hand has been a game of Russian roulette. Chalupas I have to recommend against ever ordering one from this establishment. I don’t believe I have ever had a good one here. The most recent ones we had this evening were mostly lettuce and the shells themselves were not even fully cooked and were doughy still. Mind you, this is for a combo that costs just short of $14. You can get away with this when you paid 6, maybe 7 dollars for this but for this price I expect better than this. I can eat at the Chinese buffet down the street for less than a chalupa combo meal.

Taco Bell has completely lost touch with where they stand on the totem pole of food priorities. They provide sub-par meals for sit down restaurant pricing.

Any hard shell taco is received obliterated if picked up in a drive thru order.

When they had the grilled steak burrito items on their limited time menu, they were extremely underfilled with items short of the excessive amount of sauce. I am 99 percent positive when I had this I also got food poisoning.

I normally don’t go to these lengths for fast food, but Amanda was so rude and confrontational I feel I have to be heard in another way. I ordered a door dash delivery. My receipt is below. I ordered a Crunchwrap with no lettuce, and extra beef. I also ordered a quesadilla with special requests. The crunch wrap arrived with no beef and lettuce, the opposite of what I ordered. I called, either expecting a remake or credit or refund for the amount of the Crunchwrap. I wasn’t trying to bust anyone or give attitude, I just wanted what I paid for. First, Amanda cut me off and told me it was Door Dashes fault and to take it up with them. I said it was delivered correctly, but the Crunchwrap is not as ordered. She interrupted me again to say that she herself made the quesadilla so she knows the order is right. I tried to say, well, I hadn’t looked at that yet but that doesn’t matter because even if that’s made correctly half the order is wrong. She then snapped “Yes it is. OPEN IT.” (I had opened it, to take a bite). She then said I wasn’t charged for extra beef. Now, even if that were true, I didn’t get any beef and there’s lettuce on there. Virginia and honestly I don't know everybody else's name but every person that works first shift first thing in the morning at this location is absolutely phenomenal I really like the two gentlemen again don't know their names but every person I have encountered I have to say they are kind they are personable and they truly have a way of making you feel like you're with old friends when you walk in I literally come here absolutely everyday 7:00 a.m. to get the same thing and I think I shall continue to make this my morning routine Thank you all for putting a smile on my face for the past 3 weeks no matter how s* my night has been at work your employees make my morning every morning.

I just had an experience with Faith she was SOOO kind and actually listened to our request to have our "boxes" bagged separately THAT'S A FIRST!!!!! I have 5 kiddos and You know how frustrating it is to get five separate boxes all thrown into one bag and hand it out the window that's my normal experience Tonight was completely different thoroughly thoroughly satisfied I hope Faith gets a kudos.
