If I could give zero stars I would. And in all honesty if this is how the Owner runs Their business I can only imagine the utter travesty Their Personal life is. So the other day I placed an order and in the order there was a piece of saran wrap. So I saved the piece of saran wrap as well as what was in the order and called to let the server know what happened. The server that answered was Sara and agreed that was unacceptable. I also said I would be happy to show the food as well as the saran wrap but was told by Sara that would be unnecessary. She said She could remake the order but at that moment I declined since I had a upset stomach about finding plastic in My food so I asked if I could just get something at a later date and She agreed. So the other day when I went to redeem that I was not only treated horribly by Sara and another member of Staff but I guess the owner was out of town and came back and condones this type of behavior. Living in a small town treating customers badly isn't a smart business move. You know what else I find completely comical? Is the other day I left a review about My experience and how I was treated and just the absolute disrespect I was shown. And I guess I triggered Someone from staff either Sara Herself or the Owner. But Whoever it was directly addressed the things I mentioned in My review and I just find it funny and too much of a coincidence. That's probably why You have to make fake reviews online because You're more focused on reviews than actually running Your business and treating Customers with respect.
