Poor service and did a poor performance.I worked for this company for almost a year and I know exactly how the place was run. Customer or not I saw so many unsatisfied customers walk through the door that I can tell you that one tiny little review won't make a diffrence in their.So again... I TALKED with many CUSTOMERS who would know exactly how the service was and they all said the same. Already draining reputation. And on top of that they threatened me when I wrote a review. Would not trust going there. I know enough about the store know how badly it was run. If I were anyone I'd stay away. I never had any problem with the staff or anyone or anything involving the store, although the service is definitley not good and will take quite some time.Also just for refrence the manager of the store has no actual computer training, which you can ask her yourself if you ever go in. This is my honest and personal expirience from the store. I will not stand for people trying to block my voice from being heard. Don't believe me just see the hundreds of other bad reviews from previously dedicated customers. Again I have PLENTY of SERVICING expirience in this business (on top of them never paying me, despite working the full day. A fellow collegue was working under an internships for his college class, but nobody else got compensation for all the hours we worked) and would know more than anyone what kind of shady things they'd be doing.

Also need to mention that the owner is a complete cheapskate and will more than likley put a cheap part into your computer, because he doesn't want to actually spend money on parts. Almost all of the parts are either spares or from ebay, so you know none of it has been quality tested. Again if you don't believe me then ask the several customers who all say the exact same thing. On top of that a cigarette smell always lingers around the shop. Edit: Also... They stole a buddy of mines computer and sold it and then blamed it on me and another employee, despite the fact that we were never working there when said computer went missing. Another great service of 10 computer... They very well may just might take your computer for "repairs" and wind up stealing it and selling it for parts to help fund their already failing business. It seems that the owner holds a personal grudge against me, despite the fact that when I was there was the only time the damn store was somewhat...

If I could give this place a zero stars I would! Horrible service! Horrible communication! They had our TV for over a year and a half possibly two years. It took them six months to get the part and said it was the wrong part, so we left there waited for the new part a year later nothing it doesn’t work, And no phone call to let us know we once again had to contact them. So instead of picking it up we really wanted our TV fixed so we left It with them longer big mistake! Made a Call tonight to see how the TV was doing since there’s no communication and they do not contact us. They did call me back right away THIS TIME and decided to tell me that the TV was picked up. When I know for a fact that TV was not picked up! So I’m going to make the assumption they fix it and resold it, or possibly kept it for themselves. I did hang up on them and did not Continue the conversation, due to the fact he was trying to tell me that they had it documented that we picked up the TV. Once again we did not pick up the TV. Couple thousand dollar TV who knows what they did with it. I would recommend this place to no one!!!

Since I cannot reply back to the owners reply obviously it’s their word against mine if no one believes me that is fine the tv was broke that is why we brought it in! As I said in my original statement, the tv was NOT returned to us there is NO paperwork with our signature on it for pick up! Horrible service would not recommend this place to anyone!!!! Almost a year without hearing from them while we had to continue to contact them with no response kinda funny I did call them to leave a message at midnight due to me working 2nd shift and they FINALLY returned a call at midnight!!!! As they said during that time who knows what happened to the tv... but it was NEVER returned! Thanks for your response, but the return of the tv would have...

I called these guys to see if they had any ram available for my pc. They told me to bring it in, and they would see if the ram sticks that they did have would work before I bought them. So I did just that, and they found two 4bg sticks of ddr3 basic old ram sticks amongs many others in a plastic bin of used sticks, that read on my pc. So they did take the time to do that for me which I appreciated. But the entire time one of the guys who's name I didn't catch was very annoying about my pc... telling me how old it is and that I shouldn't be able to run any games on it at all. Which is not what I came in for. Once the helpful guy was finished installing the ram sticks I went to checkout and the total was $80!!! I don't know much about pcs but I do know that for 2 sticks of 4gb ddr3 ram 80$ is wayyyyyyy to much. So I feel taken advantage of. But nonetheless it was me who finalized the sale and paid for it! I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone unless it was extremely urgent and there was no other way. Over all one guy was helpful and inviting to speak to. The other guy was very much hurting business. Not sure who's ides it was to charge $80 for two 4gb sticks...
