I’ve used them for both boarding and grooming before but I’ll never use their services again. The last time my girl Reign stayed with them for 3 days she came home and her entire left eye was bloody red on the inside. She would wince and whine when touched. it took WEEKS for her to get back to normal. I was offered no explanation as to what happened to her and they were extremely rude on the phone stating they weren’t responsible. When I called to make her next grooming appointment (not the same people as the ones who do the kennels in the back) they’re now saying they don’t take German shepherds AT ALL anymore because of some sort of incident. Overall the majority of the staff is extremely unprofessional. I recommend using one of the many other dog grooming businesses...

First I would like to say I was in a pinch to get my puppy washed same day. I called and after a few minutes, she ask if I could bring her in right away they could squeeze her in! This was the first time I took my 25 pound Miniature Australian Shepherd here to get a bath and nail clip. They did an amazing job, she smelled so good! Her hair was so soft and shiny! They clipped her nails perfectly! Her nails were rounded and cut to the perfectly length! I was charged $35 for this service and I tipped on top of that because they did an awesome job! It is all in the small details and they really did deliver! And she had a cute bandana on when I picked her up! Thank you so much for taking great care...

I have never EVER encountered a more disrespectful, unprofessional, judgmental, verbally aggressive and just straight up disgusting facility in my entire life. My husband went to pick up our German shepherd from getting a bath and whoever it was at the front; I have no idea and couldnt careless what her name is; YELLED and I mean YELLED at my husband for our dog having a training collar on. Whoever this person was should not be working there. What’s WILD, is that she yelled at someone else for the same thing right before my husband walked in.
