It stunk like spoiled milk we weren't even greeted when we came in the table was dirty like (dirty dirty) we stood for like 7 min before the gentleman realized we haven't ordered yet even tho we were clearly standing at the register. He takes our order mine and my oldest daughter was fine but my baby girls (13) was wrong then when I took it back up there to ask if they could he ignores me completely so i go around to where the other young lady is show here she was like I'm so sorry I'll fix that for you. She goes to the gentleman and tells him so he can fix it and he said no he wasn't going to because that's the way it was ordered so she said that's fine I'll make it then it's ok.. and he replied no we don't do that they get what they order not what they want later.. i was mad but i took the phone up there because I have the app and my receipt shows what i order and ..and ... My daughter read also read it off a picture so i took it up there to show her .. he said it fine i am gonna make it, i said thanks but i just wanted you to know that he's mad because he messed up and don't want to take blame. But he was supper rude and lazy...they weren't busy either there was 4 customer and 1 at drive thru he had time to go to the corner and talk to the other lady the lady at the drive thru was refilling stuff and the other lady was wiping down me still waiting on them to remake my baby drink finally the nice lady realized he really wasn't gonna make it and that we were still waiting on it so she made it for us .... Read moreThis Starbucks was one of my favorite restaurants in the area. It was one of the first places around to have a seamless in app ordering system. While the app hasn’t changed, it is currently useless for ordering ahead here. I understand having safety precautions and agree, but it is unnecessary to remove the order ahead option due to the lobby being closed because they now have someone standing outside taking orders. Why not offer drive thru or curbside pick up? What’s the point of turning off the drive thru speaker and having someone stand outside to take orders? It doesn’t make sense. It’s successful that “popular chicken sandwich” restaurant because they have multiple lanes, multiple people taking orders, and multiple ways to pick up. Management!! Adapting to that service model is not going to work for this Starbucks.
In addition, I don’t know what has happened with staffing in the past 6 months to a year but it appears they have had extremely high turnover. I miss the previous staff!!! It was so warm and welcoming to hear my sweet friend that was always at the front register greeting me with a big “HI Ms._!!!” I don’t know her personally outside of Starbucks but she made me feel like a friend. Read moreI can't believe I'm saying this, but I had an incredibly disappointing experience at this location this past Sunday. I went in to grab a drink on the morning of my 24th birthday, as I regularly stop by before work and have always been greeted by friendly, welcoming staff. Unfortunately, this visit was the complete opposite. I placed my order and, after checking the screen, everything appeared to be correct. But when I got to the window, the staff member handed me the wrong drink right away. I politely pointed it out, and she took it back, only to hand me three of the correct items along with a grande drink when I had ordered all ventis. I again informed her that the drink was still incorrect, and her response was, "Did I ask you to confirm your drinks at the screen?" - said with a tone that was completely unnecessary. I replied, "I don't remember," and she snapped back, "This is why we ask you to confirm your drinks. You can either take this drink or go inside and order another one. I also didn't receive a receipt so I could prove my order was incorrect... Please Starbucks, teach your employees to be kind. You never know what people are going through. This almost ruined my...
