My grandpa passed away and I went there with my mom to purchase a blanket for his casket. I was also going to make a separate purchase and wanted something specific. She stated she didn't have what I wanted. My mom was looking at me for my opinion and when I simply stated that if I couldn't get what I wanted (mind you this was for my own personal purchase) I wasn't going to get anything there. I got late notice of my great-grandmothers passing and wanted to order a standing spray for her service. Once I tell the lady this, she says "Well we wont deliver on Sunday's, our van has already been in Jacksonville and once it comes back we are closing anyways." So I said, "Okay, thank you. I will check somewhere else." And the lady replies "Well you aren't going to find anywhere else" and hangs up on me.
