Lynn's Hallmark Shop — Local services in Oxford

My family traveled from out of state to pick out Christmas ornaments - upon arrival, we had difficulty finding the location because the name of the store is actually Campus Spirit. The store was open as we walked past, yet when we returned after realizing we had walked past it, the gate had been lowered. The posted hours indicated closing was at 9 so we were surprised and disappointed to find the gate lowered at 8:11. We came so far, but could only look at the ornaments...

Wanted to visit this location at 6:40 on a Saturday night, only to be "greeted" by a lady who told us she was closing and was closing the gate to the door also.

Very strange as the official website, and Google both say this location was not meant to close until 9pm.

Felt very unwelcome, when all I wanted to do was look at ornaments. Will not be back if this is how you treat...

I just think its crazy that a lady at the store told me to go on the website for the number to the store to pick up a special order hat we had coming in. But the phone number is a non working number on all websites and social medias platforms. Had to right 45 min to see if order...
