I ended showing up 30 minutes before the store closed and let me tell you all, Mr. Joaquin was Incredibly helpful and explained everything that we needed to know about our purchase. He is knowledgeable, friendly, sincere and honest. No pressure given whatsoever & I can't say it enough, SO HELPFUL along with the young lady that helped us with our closing purchase. My initial review was great with their customer service. No complaints there. I give that 5 stars! When it comes to product quality, I wish a “0” would be available. The product quality is NO good. We purchased this leather “wannabe” sofa back in July 2017 and material started flaking after 2 yrs. See attached pics. If we knew that the product quality wasn’t going to be an excellent one, we would had definitely spent more money on a “real” leather product. Staff was very helpful, I explained about the limited space available, he showed me the selections that would best fit my needs. I went back the next day and made my purchase. Even though I was undecided on the color but Francisco was so helpful showing me the various colors. Maggie helped me through the purchase process with her professional expertise.
